Hey I recently just started my new diet even though I was on one before, but my meatbolism got use to it so I changed it, My body is also getting use to my exercise. I power walkABOUT 6 MILES everday and got to Curves( a gym for women) I need so new activities that burn alot of calories. Ne one have suggestions? and How about new snacks? Healthy ones with few calories. I eat fruit and rice cakes now.
