do you tihnk I could atleast loose 20 lbs in like 15 days??? if I stick and eat half of what is giving to me and I drink lots and lots of water?? I mean whats the most you've ever lost in a short periodf and how did u do it??? I'm so confused... please help me I'm going to camp and I dont wanna be the only fat persont here..please help me thanks a lot guys tootles

Does this diet plan sound ok- I will be having 1,200 calories with 20 grams fat, 125 carbohydrates and at least 45 grams protein daily...this food plan is a daratic change to the carbo queen I am (if you know how many carbs I should be getting with this diet to lose weight please let me know) but does this diet sound like a good plan or should i revise the grams to lose weight faster?

I have done really well today and I feel really proud of myself this is whut I ate................cuz i had 2 pieces wheat toast with butter a fruit bagel with plain cream cheese an orange juice like one bite of chocolate cookie like a ton of pringles. I also had like 4-5 glasses of water and will still drink more tonight. For excercise I jump roped a little did 4 sets of 25 crunches and had basketball practice from 515-630 and that is all plus drinkin mor ewater today and maybe more crunches and push ups or something like that. Well good luck everyone and if i can do it sooo can u.........

help me i am scared im 14 and weigh 200 pounds kids at my school always make fun of me and call me fat and moo at me and they get phisical one time this boy was dared to go out with me and on my date he was asking me questions about being fat and as he did it he kept rubbing my belly.and one time these boys pushed me down and started rolling me around on my belly sing the song from willy wonka. also when my family went out to eat once i broke the chair at the restraunt and i heard my sis and my cousins talking about how much my belly has expanded since last year. it is getting out of hand i gain about a pound a day. when i sleep at night i can feel my belly expand and grow and every morning i look in the mirror and put my hand over my belly and tell myself how i need to lose weight. right now the only clothse that fit are maternity clothes

If i eat 1,200 calories a day, 40 grams of fat, 115 carbs and at least 100 grams protien a day plus exercise can I lose alot of weight by august 2nd?

Hey guys!! Im seventeen and Im really looking to improve myself. Im not "fat" but I have a tummy pudge, hips, and THICH thighs -ahh! I hate it! My boyfriend is in the army and i feel so big next to him, because hes so toned and in shape. Id like some tips on food, videos, and diet plans that may have worked for some of you. Im 5'8" and 160-165 pounds. Although Im tall, its a LOT!! I dont look that weight, but its there, and I cant stand it. Please loan me ANY and ALL ideas! Im so grateful for anything you can lend! A few good eating tips that I found in a book(i dont remember the title):"The payoff diet is the feeling that you have control over your weight. But it is a false sense of control. Think about it:Is it really control if you gain all the weight as soon as you go off the diet?The advice to skip dieting is even more important for teens than it is for adults. Why? because your body is growing and developing right now-your in transition-and being on some idiotic diet at this stage in your life can be unhealthy and interfere with your growth. Dieting is not cool. It is self-destructive."
