Hey guys!! Im seventeen and Im really looking to improve myself. Im not "fat" but I have a tummy pudge, hips, and THICH thighs -ahh! I hate it! My boyfriend is in the army and i feel so big next to him, because hes so toned and in shape. Id like some tips on food, videos, and diet plans that may have worked for some of you. Im 5'8" and 160-165 pounds. Although Im tall, its a LOT!! I dont look that weight, but its there, and I cant stand it. Please loan me ANY and ALL ideas! Im so grateful for anything you can lend! Thanks yall! =)
