i know how you feel, ive done that 100 times also, and its only my first day on my diet and ive already had the urge to go binge. Bust listen, no matter what you say, what pictures you look at or what music you listen to, nothing is going to control those cravings, but things will help to die them down and conqure them. First if you can take a walk outside, out of the house and away from the kitchen, this is a no brainer to a guarentte not to binge during that time. Now if you can't get outside or don't want to, find an outfit from a magazine you really like and think of yourself in it 3 sizes smaller, play your favorite song or think of tommorow and having to start your diet ALL over again, why not just keep it going and nto hav to deal with any of the starting over drama again. Remeber, treating your tastebuds to a immediate craving isn't as important as your long term craving- a healthy body. Celeberties, models and normal healthy people have to battle the urge to eat, think of all the 100's of other people fighting the urge to eat as you speak. Think of how nasty it feels when your done overeating. You can sit watching tv, you can go on the computer or this website you can do anything with that craving for food int he back of your mind. You can live through it even if it doesn't go away. Good luck and remeber your stronger then your tastebuds!
