Hey guys!! Im seventeen and Im really looking to improve myself. Im not "fat" but I have a tummy pudge, hips, and THICH thighs -ahh! I hate it! My boyfriend is in the army and i feel so big next to him, because hes so toned and in shape. Id like some tips on food, videos, and diet plans that may have worked for some of you. Im 5'8" and 160-165 pounds. Although Im tall, its a LOT!! I dont look that weight, but its there, and I cant stand it. Please loan me ANY and ALL ideas! Im so grateful for anything you can lend! Hey Robyn, It would be really easy for you to get that excess weight off. It will probably take about three months. All you have to do is excersize an hour or more a day and eat healthily. I would not go low carb or anything and do not count calories, u know how much of your day that would take, well it is so boring counting them! Just eat the foods you would usually eat and eat SOME bad foods just not A lot and have fun w/ it! Hope I Helped
