A few good eating tips that I found in a book(i dont remember the title):"The payoff diet is the feeling that you have control over your weight. But it is a false sense of control. Think about it:Is it really control if you gain all the weight as soon as you go off the diet? The advice to skip dieting is even more important for teens than it is for adults. Why? because your body is growing and developing right now-your in transition-and being on some idiotic diet at this stage in your life can be unhealthy and interfere with your growth. Dieting is not cool. It is self-destructive."

i agree with what chelsea was sayin (sorry if i spelled ur name wrong) "Basically we should all just kind of eat the best we can but no diet and go on with life right?" that has always been my way of dieting, i try and if i dont do well one day i move on. It keeps me sane. Thats some interesting info thanks for sharing!

that does make sence..i see what your saying. Basically we should all just kind of eat the best we can but no diet and go on with life right? I should start doing that I think..I don't know..I guess I'm in a weight loss hole right now and things aren't going to well..but I'll get back on track. I hope everyone is doing better then I am with their weight loss. Good luck guys
