HEY! TODAY I HAD A HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICH FOR LUNCH, WITH A BANNANNA AND SOME GRAPES, AND FOR DINNER I HAD 2 BUNLESS BURGERS (2 PIECES OF MEAT WITH CHEESE AND NO BUNS) AND SOME WATER! SO HOW DOES IT SOUND!? DO YOU THINK ITLL BE OKAY IF I HAVE A COUPLE COOKIES?!

Hey Everybody.
This morning I did my advance Tae-Bo tape it was awesome. You really feel good after you do it. It is an hour of intense cardio, that is awesome. I recommend it to anyone who likes doing cardio. School starts next Monday for me so I am working really hard. Good Luck to everyone. If you are going to do Tae-bo start off with the easier tapes at first, don't go to advance right away because it kicks your ass. Good Luck :)

Hello everyone! It's been forever and a day since I've been here and there are so many new people! I just wanted to say, as usual, you all have encouraged me tremendously!! Since I was last here I've lost a good 25 - 30lbs and plenty of inches and I feel fantastic, although anxious to lose more. lol Just wanted to update and let you know I'm still working on my weight loss and I'm still reading from time to time albeit I don't have the time to keep up with everything. Hey guys! I'm back from camp! (For those of you who didn't know I went to Camp Shane, a weight loss camp, for 9 weeks.) I am extremely happy that I went! I lost almost 40 pounds. I thought I was leaving at 285 pounds but really there was something wrong with my scale (I thought there was anyway because it kept going from 285 to 280 in like 1 hour, and your weight can change by like a pound or two, but five, ummm no! We threw away that scale and got a new one!). I was actually 264.4 pounds when i was weighed in. I left camp weighing almost 40 pounds less. I was 226.6 when I weighed out. I lost almost 40 pounds, 2-3 sizes (depends on the brand) and tons of inches in my stomach, hips, thighs and arms. I don't think I've ever been so happy in my life. It was a 1,000 times easier buying cloths this year because I now fit into a 20 which is a lot easier to find then a 24 or 26. Camp wasn't easy like my preformed idea thought it was going to be but it was worth it!!! You all can emial me at Princess_Dianne35@yahoo.com if you want.

Ok, I have been visiting here for the last few months because I needed comfort. I am 5'9" and I weighed 175 lbs. I didn't look fat but I looked chubby so I decided that I wanted to lose weight and feel better about myself. I have been eating healthy, drinking lots of water, doing exercise, and staying away from the sodas and candy and I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks! I am really happy because I'm 165 lbs. My goal is 130-135 but If I continue like this I will reach my goal. I posted this because you guys gave me motivation and all I can say is that everyone can reach their goal. Stay motivated, and I wish you guys the best of luck :)

Hello, everybody! I felt the need to share with everybody that from this moment on I will eat healthier, exercise regullary, and lose weight. I am unhealthy right now, but I know with support and motivation, I can reach my goals. U guys really inspired me to take the leap, so...I think I will. So wish me luck, as I start my big "journey"! Hey it's me again. I am 13 and I am like 155-160cm tall, and I weight in the 50's (kilograms) I want to loose a little bit of weight. And AS i told you before.. I am just going t oeat healthy and get good exercise... I train for netball twice a week and I play 1 game a week. My mum says I need to get more fit so I don't tire so quickly in netball so she sugests Irun around the block the days I don't train so I am going to try that and eat lots and lots of fruits and veges and hopefully i will be able to acheieve what I want to. My mom is going to weight watchers today! I think she is going to reach her 50 pound loss and I hope she does. I have band pictures today and we have to wear this ugly uniform, ick! ne way, I have had 330 calories today and I am going to excersize for about 2 hours probably. I gave in and had a oatmeal pie! woops, but I counted it into my calories. I am going to get more strict, I need to lose 2 and a half pounds and I need to get off this plateau and stop eating all the time! help somebody!

Look anyone who is on a diet or is going to go on a diet. FORGET IT! Diets may help you loose weight in the short but in the long run there pointless. If you want to loose weight just eat healthy and get active. Eat lots of fruits and veges. and try to eat less fat and sugars and u'll be doing good. good luck to all of you..

I went to Applebee's tonight for dinner, and had about 3/4 of the full size Oriental Chicken Salad. I can't find calorie info, but I know I had dressing on the side, and only put a tiny bit on. Then, though, I had that carmel cheesecake thingy. I haven't had anything but water for the rest of tonight to try and make up for it... I hope I didn't screw up too much.
