same here. i've lost 30 pounds so far and it doesn't seem noticable to me all the time- my cloths didn't even get that lose and my hips are around the same measure- yet people really notice it and i'm a lot more fit and i was just looking at some old pictures that got sent to my mother from a year ago and i do look different compared to them. it's ok though because at least you're acomplishing making yourself healthier and you will feel better about yourself at the times where you can see all of your hard work has paid off...

I know exactly how you feel. I'm on weight watchers too, and I can't see a lot of times the 40 pounds that I've lost. What will really help is when you see people you haven't seen in awhile, and they tell you that you look great! Also, take notice in your clothes- are they getting big? That will also be a sign that you are getting smaller. Good luck!!

Sometimes 10 pounds is even hard to notice, if you are doing all the right things, then of course you are going to lose weight, so if you keep it up, you will definetely see a difference. I know how that is because I feel the same way sometimes, it should be more on how you feel then how you look. Cause then you will see a difference in how you look.
