I can have 1600 calories a day? wow, thats cool. How much excersize should I do and what is the best excersize? congrats on losing so much!

Yeah you can have 1600 calories a day. But don't limit yourself to carefully to that because you don't want to become obsessed. Try going for 1500-1700 a day because that's close enough. Exercise for 1 hour a day, 5-7 days a week. Personally I'm going to try to exercise all 7 days a week but do whats easiest for you! The best kind of exercise is something that you like to do. Yeah, some burn more calories then others but it doesn't matter because if you burn say 300 calories an hour playing your favorite sport Tennis but burn 500 an hour doing Aerobics, which you hate you're more likely to burn more calories doing Tennis because you are more likely to do it and try harder as you're doing it. So, try to find exercise you like! I hope this helps you. *ray*ray*
