I've only had 485 calories and it is almost 1, that is good for me!

Maybe you think you're doing good because you haven't eaten very many calories but really your body needs the calories because as of right now you're starving yourself. (I'm not saying that you have Anorexia but you definatly don't if this is the first day you've done this.) You should have about 1600 calories (give or take some) a day if you're trying to lose weight. In the morning eat even if you're not hungry, just have something small. By one you should have had about 2/3 of your day's calories but you have only had a very small portion of them. *Rach*
