I am almost 16 years old, and Im only 5 foot 2 inches, quite short. However my problem is Im nearly 160 pounds, however i look thinner...I am chubby I would much like to loose the chub as soon as possible and get healthier. My brother has picked on me for awhile about my weight he is very tall and slender. I dont want to stop eating carbs and such...I want to exercise more and eat healthier! Id like to slim down before my birthday which is Sept 18th. Also such important dates such as homecomeing are comeing after that! Does anyone have any advice for me :-/ maybe a weight buddy...to keep track with me?! sincerely nicole.
