OK i started to work out on monday. and i also started my "diet" the same day. basically i am lifting weights for exercise and doing crunches everyday and exercising on my indoor bike whenever i can. and for my so-called "diet" i am trying to eat smaller portions of food and am only drinking water, tea, and milk (NO SODA) so i am doing better than i have. when i used to cheat i would do on littlething and think it was all over so i would go on a rampage for food. but now i do my one little mistake and when i go to the fridge to get more i think of wot this could do. so then i stop their. i also try to think of my saying "a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips" so yea i am doing better and on monday i will check in and tell you how much i've lost (if any).

Heya, guys and girls. names brandon, i used to come onto this site heaps cause i felt i was over weight, i finally reached my goal of 163 Lbs (aka 74 kilos) im about 6'2 and ive always been skinny, but now i have this skin on my upper torso, and it looks rather revolting. I only seem to come into it when i flex, was hoping there was away i like shrink or tighten that skin. all answers welcomed. P.S also my b'day is on the 7th of November, and theres this girl i really want to ask out, so i sorta wanna start getting a better body for her, sorta stupid, felt the need to type it though.

i went to the doctor today. i gained 15 pounds. im always talking about how im going to loose weight and be happy. i eat even when im not hungry. im always deppressed and i eat when i get that way. then i say im going to loose the weight and finally be happy (now i dont believe that will ever happen.) your probably thinking "your only 13, what do you mean finally?" well i've been trying to diet since i was eight!! what a way to spend third grade eh? well, i wanted to spill my guts(kinda) so , there you go. (sorry if i come off sounding rude, i don't mean to)

ok for sure i am going back on the fruit and veggie diet starting tommorow i hope i can stick to it i want to be 115 hopefully by january or march or somewhere in between there right now i am 5ft 152 ( i think) well anyways good luck to everybody!!!!!! :)

Hey, is this good? Breakfeast at 5:30 --- a bowl of honey nut cheeriosLunch at 12:30 ------- wipped potatoes with gravy, a roll, and cup oo chocolate milk Go on a 2 mile walk, then for a snack have an apple and a boiled eggdinner at 6:30 ------ a regular dinner is that good?

Hi everyone. I know I might be a little older than most of the people on this site but I have been here since I was 15 and I can't seem to find a better board. I am 5ft 4in and I weight 191 pounds. Last May I weighed 206 pounds but I lost it over the summer. I am in college and I am working on my career in counseling abuse victims. In order to be the best in my career, I need to look my best. This is why it is so important for me to lose the weight. I am looking for a person near my age that would be willing to help me. I am not interested in fad diets, I just want someone to talk to and help keep me on track. Hey everyone! I really need some help! I have 7 months until my mom's 40th birthday party its going to be big. So she told me she is inviting an old my friend of mine i havent seen since i was like 9 and a lot of other people i havent seen in a long time because we moved away. Have any of you seen "The big loser," I watched it last week and it got me motivated to get on the treadmill. I am going to watch it tonight, if you havent seen it, you should watch it. It is funny, and it will motivate you. If you dont know what it is, it is about people that overweight who are competing against one other to lose the most weight, and there are 2 teams and they have a trainer on both, and at the end of the show they vote someone off. The biggest loser, gets a whole bunch of money. How many of you have seen it, just curious?

Hey everybody!! I'm getting back on track starting tommorow cuz i'm really beginning to feel like crap. When i found out that i gained 15 pounds of the 25 i've lost i was so pissed off. And when i was losing weight i never really exercised overly that much, and i was wondering if exercising everyday for like an hour makes a differnce. because if it does then what type of exercises?

I'm 16 years old, and am only 5'1". Is there any way to grow naturally, like by eating certain foods? and I'm most definitly NOT going to try those new pills... something just not right about that... and do any of you know a quick way to get rid of lovehandles and flatten my tummy? I'm going to Mexico in about 2 weeks and wanna shapen up.
