hey! i havent been on here in while and i thought i would u no how its going. i used to weigh 191 and now i weight 161. 30lbs!!! im really proud and i have just joined the gym to carry on with my success. i am so much happier now and i just did it by simply eating less fat and sugar and less junk food and by drinking lots of water and exercising regularly. i want to get to 135lbs, i no its still heavy but i think i would be happy at that weight. if i can do it anyone can! also what has helped me is my closest friend is anorexic and its really hard to see her like that, it made me think about how i shouldnt put myself down all the time like i used to because that is what could happen and i know how heart breaking it is. gud luck everyone! xxxx

hey hey, well if you want to find out about me and se a pic of me when i was slim go to www.faceparty.com/love_dis_laydeeim the one in the black and white dress. i want to get back to that stage now. i have since put on 28lbs since then and feel awful about my self. i have got n awards presentation evening on 25th november and i want to lose 20lbs by then. i have got roughly 5 weeks to do it. please help. thanks love lauren xx

i just finished watching "the biggest loser" on tv and it really inspired me to lose weight, if those people can do it, so can i am i am going to start right now.

hey everyone i havent been here in liek forever. so anyways i was running in P.E. class and lifting some weights and i think i have lost a dress size over a month!!! its so cool i never thought that i was going to lose this much weight. i haven't been on and diets or starving myself or reducing my food intake. i just ate normally and i havent been eating when i Think i have to. i was eating when i was ONLY hungry. Im so proud of my self.

Hey , how are you all doing... im not so good .... well i mean with my diet i was doing pretty good for 2 or 3 days but then the next day i just started eatin junkfood again and alot of it :( and i started eating white bread again even noe i did stop it and i was doing GOOD!!! .... well i hope you are all doing good with ur diets!!! keep up the good work!! starting to gain the weight i just lost back..my godddd....i have been doing crunches and 4 miles a day though! so my legs are more toned but my lil belly pouch is reforming

Yes! I lost 2 pounds since last week! I drank a bunch of water, and have been doing strength training, and running/walking a mile, too!

I ran the mile today in pe and I got a 13.33! last year I got a 14.30! Yeah, 57 seconds less, and I didn't try as hard this year! It was so great! I haven't been doing to well on weight watchers, but I didn't go to the meeting last week and I can't this week, sucks! I am going next tues, so I have to be good this week.

My weight has fluctuated over the past two years. I am 5'4" and I weigh anywhere between 120(lowest weight I've been at so far) to 145. Lately, I've been at a steady weight of about 133-135. I know I'm not fat, but I am overweight for my small frame. Every Thursday and Sunday, my close group of girlfriends and I all go out to dinner at a restaurant. This is a ritual for us, because most of us are at different schools right now and it's hard to see each other as often as we'd like. When we first started doing this, I GAINED so much weight! Restaurant portions are huge and everything seems so fattening! Thankfully, I've found a trick. I usually order a salad with some sort of chicken in it, and I ask for the dressing on the side so they don't put to much and I can limit how much is on there! I'm trying a protein diet right now, so I can build up muscle. I am trying to get back into the habit of exercising for 30 minutes twice a day, 3-4 times a week. well i am 5ft 152lbs my weight is like a yoyo up and down well anyways im going to go back on fruit and veggie i think i can stick to it ( i hope). my goal weight to be is 115lbs. i plan to do have an hour of exersise everyday everybody should go to fitday.com it helps u can put what u eat on there and it will tell u the total amout of carbs and calories and stuff like that. also on there u can put what exersises u did and it will tell u how many calories u have burned. good luck everybody with your weight loss :)

speed walked for an hour and pillates for 30 min today...plus some crunches...but i ate a bannana..2 cookies...2 pieces of pizza...one brownie...and a salad...grrr my goal is to still lose 5 more lbs this week so i need to buckle down and eat less and more healthy...plus exersize twice a dayyyy...wish me luck
