omg i just can't stop chewing the gum... is it really goign to make my teeth rot if i chew freedent but at night i floss , brush, and swish with flouride? i've limitee myself, though to only 200 cals most worth ( 20 sticks) wow its like im a chain smoker only gum. lol little by little i'll cut down haha

Hey everyone! I haven't been on the site 4 a long time.. I just wanted to let u know that if u stick with something, u'll see the results. I'm 4'11" and I used to weigh 120-125. My heaviest was around 130 which was bad for my height. With a lot of hard work and determination.. I'm now down to a healthy 104. My goal weight is 95-100 which I'm still trying to achieve. I ate smaller portions and exercised a lot. Mainly, walking on the treadmill. (which I enjoy a lot) Drinking water is very important! I did mess up a lot of times, but I didn't give up. When I was heavier I got picked on, and it was extremely hard. Now, I feel a bit more confident and I'm happier with myself. I wish the best to all of u.. If I can I do it EVERYONE cand do it! Also remember that u r wonderful no matter what anyone says !

im going to only weigh myself every friday...it seems to help me lose bc im not thinking about the # as much...last week i lost 4.5 lbs and i went down to 141.5 and im 5'6...i havent had to reallllllly change the way i eat bc i typically dont eat that much....i just started eating healthier stuff ya know?...i wanna lose enough weight so im down to 128 or somehing....i want my measurements to be chest-36 waist-25 hips-36 and right now im at chest-36 waist-28 hips-37...ive been doing 1 hour of speed walking and 1 hour of pillates everyday...30 min of each in the AM and 30 min each in the PM....but today im planning on doing more lol....cheer practice starts in 2 weeks and im excited bc i went from freshman cheer straight to varsity this year and im a sophmore...im glad i got my standing tuck for try outs!! :)

Hey everyone. Its been a while since i have posted. I have been busy with school. :P Well I wouldnt say Im on a diet right now because I keep pigging out worse than I used to. I keep telling myself that if I want to lose weight, Im going to have to let go of the junkfood. Easier said than done. I am going to give it my best try AGAIN tomorrow and I will tell yall how im doing. Its really hard to go on a diet but the results I know are going to be worth it. Hey i was just wondering, how much vegetables and fruit should u eat in a day?? And i was wondering, i've lost about 25 pounds now and i've haven't lost any more weight and i exercise and stuff, and i was just wondering why it is that i am not losing any more weight?? Thanks.

hello everyone this is my first time on this site. well im discouraged about my weight im 5'6 and weigh 153lbs and im really depressed about it. i dont know what im going to do ive been trying to do excercising and i know that muscle weighs more than fat so im trying to get muscle. i always have had alot of muscle but i want to lose about 5-10 lbs. im really depressed and i dont know what to do. any suggestions?

hey i have a question.. say i eat 1400 calories per day, but 800 of those are from chewing gum...(yes, 2 8 packs per day usually i chew it like candy then pop another in, bad i know) but... will that keep me from losing weight? since i've started to do that i've still stayed the same weight and its not helping me lose anymore after the first 5 lbs i lost by just cutting cals. hm...help! Does chewing gum calories even keep you from losing?!?

i feel so disgusting! the other day my mum and i went shoping at tilly's. i wanted some new pants. so i got sizes from 2-9 in Dickies streatch jeins. btw im 5'0 122. well tuned out the sizes were all to small! the size that fit me best was the 9 but the thread in the thigh area was being streached and pulled. so my mum found a size 11 but it turned out it was marked wrong and it was really a size 9. i ended up getting the 9 they r so long like 5 inches long in the leg! and when i got in the car my mum said "erica you need to stop this! you are such a small framed girl and you just keep gaining and gaining! and if you keep at this you wont even be able to shop at tilly's anymore!" see in june i was 97pounds and now i am 122! HELP TIPS ANYTHING! PLEASE YOU GUYZ R SO GREAT AND SUPORTIVE!

YOu posted something a page back about how many calories were in a fried chicken sandwich...DON'T FRY ANYTHING!!! Frying anything will make it REALLY REALLY fattening and really high in calories. Use fat free\calorie free canola cooking spray instead. It works great, and I like it better than oil\butter.

if anyone wants to find out how many calories they need a day, go to google, then type in: how many calories do i need a day. then go to the second to last website at the bottom which is www.rd.com. you type in your information and it will tell you. to lose up to 2 to 3 pounds a week, eat 500-750 calories less than what you need. for example, if you need 1200 cals, eat only 700 calories a day and youll lose weight. you can also excersize without having to eat less calories
