Hey guys! So far I have lost around 10lbs. I am so happy. Thanks to school,their food and afteschool activities I am looking forward to losing more weight.For those who are having problems just keep working at it.

OMG Today I ate LIKE SO MUCH JUNK FOOD NO REAL FOOD OR HEALTHY FOOD AT ALL I ATE 3 COOKIES.. 3 MINI SNICKER BARS TWO REESEE CUPS SOME SALT AND VINEGAR CHIPS..... A BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE..SOME WATERMELON BUBBLE GUM OMG IM NOT EVEN CLOSE TO EATING ANYTHING HEALTHY.. IM GOING TO START BACK EATIN BREAKFAST LUNCH AND HEALTHY SUPPER TOM. I went to the doctor today and i was told I am at high risk for breast cancer because of my weight. I am 5'4 and 179 pounds I dont want to get bresat cancer I need sugestions on how to lose weight I lift weight but i dont know what else to do. does anyone reccomend a genecist?

does anyone know how to help me? everytime i go out and excersize or when i am bored, i eat a lot until my stomache hurts. does anyone know what to do when i get the urge to eat?

ok im determined to actually strt a diet, i usually do good until i get home and now tht the tennis season is ovr there is nuthn to do so i sit and eat and i need to stop tht. my goal is to try and loose bout 5-10 lbs by xmas does ne1 have ne suggestions to help me reach my goal?? thanx

okay, i think i did pretty good today..but you guys can tell me! okay..i had a nutrigrain bar for breakfast*140..1/2 of a ham and cheese sandwich, a 100 calorie pack, and a banana, then i ran 3 miles, and i walked one mile, and i had 30 min of basketball. Im having spagetti and salad and garlic bread for dinner. I think its okay..so is it okay to have some ice cream if i dont over eat on the dinner?!

Hey everyone I havent been here in a while... i weigh 222lbs and im 5'6" ewwwwww but i need to lose weight (obviously) okay so Im entering in a modeling contest (open to all sizes) and i have 7 weeks to tone up and lose 40 lbs... I signed up at a ymca and im going to be swiming and using treadmills... plus im gonna be on a very strict diet except for halloween (my favorite holiday) Im going to eat grapenuts for breakfast (very healthy and good... fills you up fast you guys should try it) salad for lunch and for dinner ill usually eat whatever my mom makes bc she usually cooks healthy. Im also going to be taking a daily vitamin and salmon oil pills (salmon oil makes your skin very nice) Oh yeah and i cant drink anything but water, coffee (spenda skim milk) and tea. If all goes as planed i think i have a good chance of being a finalist
