well i am 5ft 152lbs my weight is like a yoyo up and down well anyways im going to go back on fruit and veggie i think i can stick to it ( i hope). my goal weight to be is 115lbs. i plan to do have an hour of exersise everyday everybody should go to fitday.com it helps u can put what u eat on there and it will tell u the total amout of carbs and calories and stuff like that. also on there u can put what exersises u did and it will tell u how many calories u have burned. good luck everybody with your weight loss :)
