Hi, I really don't care what other peole say, I want to change myself for my self. I am very muscular, because I am in gymnastics, and in soccer, and in volleyball. Which is what I don't understand.....how can I be ovewrweight and be in all these sports? I eat pretty healthy too. I guess it's from all the stress, my family isn't the greatest I guess, but I can't complain because there are alot worse ones. So what I need is ideas to lose weight I mean exercise isn't an option because well thats all I ever do......So please help me. Thanks, Ashlee

hi, my name is chelsea and I want to lose weight so bad. I am 13, I'm 5'2, I weigh about 132-130, and I am fairly matuer for my age. I cry a lot about my weight. My Stomach is like a pot belly... my whole body isnt fat... just my stomach... now my theighs are getting large too. I feel that I have to cover up with my stomach certain clothes, becuase people make fun of me, and I cry about my body all the time. It's really hard for me to leave the house if I think a shirt shows my fat. I just want to be skinny like everyone I know. My friends tell me I'm not fat... but they sometimes admitt that they are just trying to make me feel better. My mother is always trying to help me to loose weight... but nothing works because I am very picky about food becuase I dont like vegatables. I made many attempts to lose wieght over the summer, but never succeded. Im gunna c my brother after christmas for the 1st time since may and im gunna see my family on chrismas and i really wanna lose weight. I am 16, 5'6" 220 lbs. i feels so fat somedays. i eat pizza and some type of candy at school for lunch everyday. i dontwanna stop eating the one slice of pizza, but i could not get candy with it. How can i lose 30-40 lbs by christmas. p.s. im sick in the morning so i dont eat breakfast. i need a strict plan and idea of foods to eat! please help me!!!!

hey guys whats up sorry i havne't written in awhile i have been really busy...i have cheerleading and vocal and then we had homecoming last week so it has been CrAzY!!! lol i haven't been doing so well on my diet or whatever u wanna call it. i was sick over the weekend and ate alot!!!! i have a vocal concert this Tuesday and i have to wear a really cute dress but i dont want to look fat in it. i am considering not eating for two days but then i will feel tired and weak and won't sing well on my solo, so i don't know what to do i know i should eat healthy but with my lifestyle it is impossible my mom says she tries to help but last night she made cookies adn she expects me not to eat them HELLO!!!! she knows i am (and i did) i don't know what to do i guy i like is fixing to ask me out and he thinks i am perfect but i wanna lose weight anyways i need some help....thanks and Love Yall

Hey today after school I went and jogged/ran with my friend and she isnt overwieght or anything but just wants to get in shape cuz we both couldnt run the whole time so we gonna run like that everyday so hopefully by the end of basketball season can loose my gut. Well good luck everyone and I hope I stay with eating righ. Oh yea me and her r giving up pop kinda by only having pop once and a while but not a lot like water at school not pop and stuff so we can get in shape. Well good luck agian everyone

hey guyz im kinda pathetic i had a message on here sumwere and i lost it. lol well i was wondering how i could loose 30 lbs by december and i'd be at a healthy weight! thanx! ya its october btw lol. i realize eating a lot of junk food and cokes is bad for me but i can never seem to hold back and then i always tell myself after eating junk food to go out and excercise and i never do. i need serious help you guys! anything would be totally great thanx a buuuunchos!

Hey guys.. For bf.. ima eat a milk and cereal bar.. and some apple sauce or yogurt.. or eggs and bacon.. ima switch around for lunch all i can eat at school is a chicken sandwitch and when i get home from school ima eat a healthy snack and a healthy dinner.. and stay under 1200-1500 cal. aday.. also drink 8 or more glasses of water.. and take my centrum vitamins..... umm yea dus any1 know how many calories are in a chicken sandwitch( a bun with a fried chicken patty)...... thank you verymuch.. ima try to do great.. with me luck.. i wanna lose some weight be4 xMas.. ANd.. im goign to start walkin for 30-60 min a day and.. im goin to do pilates.. too and for xmas im getting a gazelle... SO.. tell me about the chicken sandwitch(calories) thank ya

oh and by the way...a normal day of eating for me is an instant breakfast drink and bowl of cereal...a cookie...nothing for lunch...a normal sized dinner...and maybe one more cookie if i need something sweet! <3

today i had a instant break fast drink and a bowl of cereal for breakfast...chicken and fries for lunch...and chex mix for dinner...i did 1 hour of pilates and one hour of speed walking....i didnt really snack at all...oh and i did a few crunches too! :)

i eat normally...people on here think i should eat a little more...but anyways...is my exersize okay? in the morning i wake up at 4:15 and do pillates for 30 minutes and add a few crunches at the end just for an extra kick hahaha then i walk for 1 mile (speed walk) and then after school i do pillates for another 30 minutes and speed walk 1 more mile...sometimes 1.5 miles...HOW MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE SHOULD I SEE AFTER LIKE 1 MONTH?? i want my waist to go from a 28 to 25 and i want my biggest part of my thigh to go from 21 to 19 and i want my pouch under my belly button to go away...wish me luck!! :) oh and i want to be 125 lbs bc im 5'6 and right now i weigh a little over 140...<3

Here is what I ate today: Breakfast: Special K redberries w/skim milk. Lunch:at school I had a small bag of peanuts, then came home and had string cheese and a bluberry yogurt. Dinner: Lean Cusine pizza, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. Dessert: a skinny cow ice cream sandwich. That equals 1,200 calories. Also, I walked for an hour and a half around my neighborhood. Does this all sound good???
