Today I guess I did pretty good but tom. ima do wAY better.. FOr breakfast i ate a cereal bar- 100, for lunch i ate a chicken sandwitch.. around 400.. then when i got home i ate like a mini pizza about 400 then some fruit snacks 70 cal. then for supper some chicken, 2 yeast rolls, and like 2 bites of corn and some fries!! ahh about 700 cal.!!and some gum and lifesavers 60 cal. so thats like 1730 tom. ima stay under 1500 and ima eat a healther dinner and cut back some of the candy.. and eat a healthy snack.. instead of the pizza.!! thank ya <3 Rina
