yesterday i only did 30 min of speed walking and 1 hour of pillates....i had 2 pieces of toast and a bowl of cereal for breakfast/lunch...subway (6 inch sub), and a popsicle for a snack...do you think thats okay?

Wow, what do you mean, "only" that? That's very good. Word of advice--limit pilates to only 3-4 times a week. That way your muscles can heal on your rest days. It's actually better than doing it daily. If you do it every single day, your muscles actually BREAK DOWN because they can't heal themselves!! True...
