hey everyone. i havent been on since like the summer. i rejoined weight watchers. i had lost 2lbs then went 3 weeks without weighing in and gained 5lbs. but i did start high school and no one is judgmental. its so greta i love all the friends ive met and it just shows u that the ppl who would make fun of u arent worht ur time cuz there are so many other better people in the world u can be friends with. i even have a boyfriend now. and i know this doesnt have anything to do with weight loss but my bf like never talks. we went to his semi formal last night and like he just stood on the dance floor not moving. im beginning to see how little we have in common but i dont know what to do cuz i already invited him to a good charlotte concert on november 14th... (my moms idea) any advice?

Im 5'4 and I weigh 180.8 lbs Im so embarased but my friend say I look 140lbs but 180.8 is what I weighd at the hospital 2 days ago. Im really intrested in getting down to 120 lbs and maybe even 115 I have alot of friends and no one judges me but i feel bad about myself and i know thats not right. I may look like I don't weigh much but i have stretch marks on my stomach and legs I need help if anyone wants to partner up with me and help me out my screen name is Tangel16ad@wmconnect.com

hey is it bad to have a few pieces of chocolate (like hershey kisses)? well, today i had a quizno's sub, water, and 4 pieces of little chocolates. and i had basketball practice for 2 hours. also, im gonna run 3 miles today? is it okay to eat what i want?

Ok, there was this girl I knew and she was a bit large and over about a year she has lost weight she look fantastic and she has inspiried me so today i starting eating healthy I had a fried egg on toast for breakfast n for lunch i had a roast pork sanwhich. how is that so far? plz write back!!!!

omg yeah so i REALLY had an off day today .... i think i gianed about 4 llbs not even kidding.. usually i did good, but there was so much candy and ppl around i coudl'nt avoid it lol couldn't do it today!! and i had 2 parfaits and then a bag of popcorn before bed, which was bad too... ahhhh lol do you think u can honestly gain that much in one day, or will this effect my weight loss any

Hey guys...it's been a while...i'm back...not that you'd notice...lol... but i still want to lose more weight....i lost 7 over the summer and i think i gained like 3 of those lbs back...So anyway i think i'm 143 now and i'm 5'3"...so i'd like to get down to at least 130 by December. Can anyone give me any tips on what i can do to TONE my arms, FLATTEN my stomach and TONE inner thigh jiggle too...i'd really appreciate it...thanks. and please only give me advice if you KNOW it works b/c you've tried it and saw results...THANKS again...

I KNOW THIS IS LONG BUT PLEASE READ IT. Hi im Abi and since the age of about 6 i have been obsessed with my weight and the way i look. I never was big just normal but cruel taunts and nasty comments from people around made me put on weight. At the age of about ten i started to pile on weight, i was getting bullied badly by a couple of boys in my class and life has gone down hill from there. In the three years between then and now i have put on about 4 stone(about 56 pounds). I now weigh 12 stone 12 (180 pounds) and am miserable. I am constantly in arguements with my parents about my weight. I dont want to make them sound mean and nasty because i know they only shout at me because they care and are extremly worried about me. I hate it. I want to do something about my weight. I need your help. I know everything there is to know about dieting so i would be really pleased to have someone... (view more)

i have been wanting to loose weight for like 3 and a half years yet and everynight i go to bed feeling annoyed at myself for not doing anything about it. i just cant seem to do it. my mum has realsied how depressed ive been getting over it and has promised to help me so thats cool but i just wondered "DOES YOUR LIFE ACTUALLY CHANGE WHEN YOU LOSE WEIGHT??" Hi everyone my name is Megan Kinney!!! I love to eat...all day if i can, its what makes me happy, my daily meals consist of cereal, toast with peanut butter banana pepsi sometimes a hot pocket or two with that for breakfast. Then for lunch, i usually have chicken, chips, bread, pizza, chocalate cake, hohos, pasta, brownies and a salad with like a 2 liter, then for dinner i have pasta, pizza, loaf of garlic bread, ice cream, yogurt, potatoes, fries and then the rest of the chocolate cake with lots of chocalte syrup and icing. I walk a lot of school and sometimes i miss the bus at school so i have to run, so i get my exercise, why am i sooo fat, i weigh 310 lbs. and im only 15, how can i get down to a healthy weight. I hate looking bad and people making fun of me it really hurts my feelings, how can i get down to 130....PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

hey guys, how did i do today? i think i did okay, but im not sure. breakfast-nutri grain bar, lunch-piece of pizza, pear, 100 calorie pack, snack-peanut butter crackers, dinnner-scrambled egg sandwich. i also had a reeses peanut butter cup. i ran 2 miles too! how i did i do??

Hey I like to work out and see resaults, I mean who doesnt. But the little ones I do do not show resaults. SO does anyone know a site that show accurate exersizes that work each muscle? Thanks Amanda Lynn

i want to lose 10 pounds but i dont know how!??!?!? i would stop drinkin pop and not eat candy and i would feel better but i couldnt stick to it> i dont know what to do i have a job school and very little time so please help if you can !?!??!

ugh, i gained 10lbs this sucks now i am for sure i am going to go back on the fruit and veggie diet hopefully tommorow so wish me luck i need tons!!!! now i am 160 and 5ft im going to exersise more and try not to be so lazy :) well anyways good luck everybody - montana

hey me again it seems like my messages get errased? strange. but i am now like 134-136 (5'7-5'8 tall) or something i havent checked in forever. but i wanna be 120 or less by summer would eating a litle breakfast o rnone (i never ear BR i get sick) then eat salad for lunch and then snack liek fruit and veggies and then dinner a small portion of wat is made then i tak a 30 minute bike ride would that work? i only wanna work my legs really cause i do have an ok stomach just i wanna get rid of some of the love handles. well any help would work thank you!!!xoxoxo
