Hey, if i reach a pleateu(i dont know how to spell it), is this good to do?Biking every day for a month, then when i reach a plateu, i walk or run for a month instead of biking, and then when i reach a plateau again, ill go back to biking... can i do that? like, biking, then walking, then back to biking, then walking, then biking, etc. etc.?

I really have thrown myself off these past two days by eatting right before bed a lot, and i thought i got out of that habit!!! I've lost 15 lbs already by not doing that and by just eatting healthier , so I'm really sccared that that willl come back ! NO! lol but I was curious if you know anways n ot to have that happen, and if these past 2 days wil really hurt me, becuase i've had a little TOO much candy and i hear its possible to gain 5 lbs in nlike 2 days around halloween... which im pretty dang sure i've done. great. there goes 2 months worth of excersizing DOWN THE DRAIN. lol (yes, i'm not afraid to admit i'm feeling a little sorry for myself, but u would too lol)

YAY I am sooo happy last sunday I was 184 and now this week I am 181 YAY ME SOOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!! I am goin to up the excercise and try really really really hard to be under 180 next week...........I have basketball startin a week from monday so its getting close close close so I am goin to be kept busy. I dont drink pop that much which is good cuz it just deteriates ur muslces and stuff and is empty cals so I am goin to try AS HARD AS I CAN to be under 180 next sunday wish me luck and good luck to yall!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! how does this sound for one day calorie wise, not nutrition wise. Breakfast: bowl of instant oatmeal made with water. Lunch: Penutbutter sandwich Dinner: 1 pint of pumpkin ice cream.

hey yall have really been helping, but i've gained 4 pounds. Im so confused. Okay, well today i didnt do too good, but i dont think its WAY TOO bad, is it? I had a small quizno's sub w/water for lunch. Then i had 4 pieces of chocolate (like hershey kisses). Then for dinner I had a quarter pounder with cheese and water. I know its not that good, but its not THAT bad, is it? I also ran 2m iles and had basketball for 2 hours! help!

the older kids in junior high always eat lunch last. we eat at 12;45. so im like starving because i always wake up late and just grab like a nutri-grain bar or something. when i go through the lunch line everything is like fried and dripping in oil but im really hungry so i have to eat that stuff. ive tried eating the salads and stuff but that doesnt really fill me up so i dont know what to do. i know that lunches in school are really interfering with my weight loss plan. got any tips?

im just a little curious. If you do good on a diet ..like really good all week and end up messing up just a little bit once will it really hurt? ...today i had a cup of great grain's cereal with cranberries,a 1/2 a cup of 1% milk; lunch i had a handfull of low fat prezels and a little cup of low fat vinnella(sp) yogurt. I had one really small (about a 1/2 inch round) oatmeal cookie b/c i made them and was just curious how they turned out lol ..for dinner though im curious if this will hurt me. I had a wrap with spinich and chicken and melted cheese on it well half a wrap it was about 4 inches long it awas a little bit oily and i also had 2 pieces of brucetta(sp)(toasted italian bread with a little bit of olive oil ,tomatoes, and garlic. Iv drank about 4 glasses of water today and iv been doing really well all week iv lost about 9 lbs and yes i know its bad to loose over 2 a week but it was just like ...a boost i have been on a platue. so .i was just wondering what all of u thought ..if this will hurt me really bad.
