the older kids in junior high always eat lunch last. we eat at 12;45. so im like starving because i always wake up late and just grab like a nutri-grain bar or something. when i go through the lunch line everything is like fried and dripping in oil but im really hungry so i have to eat that stuff. ive tried eating the salads and stuff but that doesnt really fill me up so i dont know what to do. i know that lunches in school are really interfering with my weight loss plan. got any tips?

Actually, I know a nutra grain bar you'd think would fill you up but my counselor at L.A. Weight Loss said you shouldn't really eat carbs in the morning. You feel hungry a lot faster that way. What you really want is a citrus fruit like an orange. Truthfully it will fill you up more. if you don't have time in the morning to peel the orange do it the night b4

bring 2 nutrition bars one inbetween lunch n breakfast.

Take your lunch to school try to get up ten minutes earlier so you can pack a lunch and still have a small breakfast
