im just a little curious. If you do good on a diet ..like really good all week and end up messing up just a little bit once will it really hurt? ...today i had a cup of great grain's cereal with cranberries,a 1/2 a cup of 1% milk; lunch i had a handfull of low fat prezels and a little cup of low fat vinnella(sp) yogurt. I had one really small (about a 1/2 inch round) oatmeal cookie b/c i made them and was just curious how they turned out lol ..for dinner though im curious if this will hurt me. I had a wrap with spinich and chicken and melted cheese on it well half a wrap it was about 4 inches long it awas a little bit oily and i also had 2 pieces of brucetta(sp)(toasted italian bread with a little bit of olive oil ,tomatoes, and garlic. Iv drank about 4 glasses of water today and iv been doing really well all week iv lost about 9 lbs and yes i know its bad to loose over 2 a week but it was just like ...a boost i have been on a platue. so .i was just wondering what all of u thought ..if this will hurt me really bad.

the sandiwch wasent too good. its ok to have dessert once in a while, dont sweat it.

Actually you can have SOME junk per day and NOT gain weight! Allow yourself a cookie or half a cup of ice cream(just examples...) each week or so! You can even do it every day AS LONG AS you're not going over your calorie limit! That's what I do! But I'm not trying to lose weight...yet I haven't gained. BUT you can still incorperate treats into your diet and not gain.
