I am 5'4 and about 140 lbs. now mostly in my stomach and my thighs. What can I do to work my abs? I like doing crunches but what else will work? Thanks guys!

Okay guys. I really REALLY need help. I have no idea what to do. I have never dieted before. I'm going away in February to south america so I really need to lose atleast 20 pounds cause it's going to be hot and bathing suits are a must. I'm 5'2 and i weigh 140. I have a horrible body most fat on my stomach and legs. I really want to lose this weight. Can I do it in two months? I really have no clue what so ever on what I should eat.. and what excercises I should be doing. If you have any tips whatsoever I would really REALLY appreciate it. Hi.. I'm not sure about why im so overweight.. im 14, 5'4 and abotu 170lbs.. i dont eat breakfast or lunch, only because theres no time.. and then i come home and eat something unhealthy like a bowl of coca puffs or something.. eat a healthy dinner.. n then maybe another unhealthy snack.. and i run a 1/2 mile a day.. i know i dont eat healty twice a day.. but still i dont eat much.. why am i so overweight AND HOW CAN I LOOSE IT AND STOP MY BAD HABITS!?.. thanks

Okay, I'm sick with mono, I will be for about another week probobly. I need some help with some easy workout things I can do that dont take too much energy. I also need a diet plan. Or is it okay if since I only eat a medium size dinner and about one junk food snack during the day? Well I've lost 2 pounds since yesturday. But is this healthy? What should I add or take out?

Hey you guys i really need some help i want to try out for cheerleading next year for high school. I'm in the 8th grade and i'm 5'5" and i weigh 279 it so horrible, how can i lose weight by june for try-outs. I think i need to weigh 130 - 135. Please help!

ive had strep for the last 2 days and so all ive had is one bowl of chicken noodle soup, juice, and water...i feel sooo sick but i even threw up the soup water and juice... :( oh i went to the doctor yesterday and im 5'6 and weigh 143 lbs now...

i try so hard to lose weight, i run 2 miles a day weight lift, and i also have basketball and volleyball practice. why wont it come off! it wont it wont and i eat 1200-1500 calories a day!

ok- so i FINALLY was able to sneak onto my host parents scale (when no one was in the house besides me) and I weigh less then i though i might which makes me happy. I figured i was all the way up at 180- but i checked and i am a plump 167 (76kg). So now i plan to "weigh in" just once a week to see if my efforts are making any difference. I have always tried to loose weight before but i never stuck with it. But i have a diffinate plan of action now. I have this book my mom sent to me-to get you physically prepared to join the Royal Canadian Airforce. Im not canadian and i dont plan on joining- but the exercises in the book are really good-and you change your workout every 12-15 days, PLUS it starts you at teh very bottom- and im not so strong so this is really good. Plus i have a really hard 1.5hr basketball traing sesion on mondays and i swim with my friend on wednesdays. Im not going on...
