Hey everyone, well i am 16 and i am hopeing on some advise but its not for me. One of my really good friends is very overweight but i am not sure how much she weights, she is only about 5'1 or so and maye weight about 200-300 lbs. i am very scared for her health. she isnt only overweight but she is very depressed because of her parents. i dont know what to do. can ne one help?

my mums bought me an outfit for christmas and guess what..i dont fit into it. She spent loads of money on it and i would be too embarrased to tell her it dodnt fit. I can even get it over my hips. I have got two weeks until the party and need to be able to wear it for then. Have you got any suggestions please? i really really need some help. I was so upset i was crying before. Please help. Thanks. Ps; its okay if you give me a diet that you dont eat alot on but lose weight rapidly on it because i will only be on it for two weeks.no longer. thanks

hey guys..im really frustrated cause in school we do stuff that involves candy n stuff. Like today, i think i did good except that! tell me if its that bad...breakfast-special k bar, half a glass of milk, lunch-turkey n swiss on a roll (small roll) with grapes. snack-grapes and a pear, dinner-sausage, green beans, and a roll. But you see, we made candy inscience. and i kinda ate alot. But i ran 3 miles and lifted weights. is it that bad??

my ideal diet day is 2000mg or less sodium, 1200-1500 calories, 200 or less carbs, 100% calcium, 20-30g fiber, and at least 60g protien. but i always seem to mess myself up and binge. i need help and i don't know what to do but i want to break the haboit for good. i break it for a little while but then i slip and i just go way overboard. i'm telling myself that there are way funner things than eating but it's still hard.

i did horrible. im up @ 155 now! im gainin bac the 20 lbs i lost nd i gained bac 15 pounds already... breakfast i ate 2 krispy kremes, lunch i 8 doritos and 4 mini chocolate donuts n orange juice after i kame from school i went crazy. i 8 1 1/2 cups of ice cream, 2 bags of chips, n 1 more krispy kreme. ugh

ok you guys, I am 5'6 and i was 147 ibs. about last month. Since then I've probably become heavier, adnd 147 is over what my weight should be. I have been a vegetarian for about two months and some statistics show you gain weight without eating meat. I am active in sports and I do Yoga, but nothing seems to work. Please give me some ideas that are reasonable to bring and keep my weight down.

hey everyone thanks for the comments...well today i offically started the last diet in my life....eating anything but JUNK! and i have been drinking half a gallon of water a day, and i started walking home again...which is like 25 minute walk...so hopefully i will start exerciseing during break my goal is to lost 10 pounds before new years!
