oh my gosh. i cant believe myself. well i did okay the whole day..breakfast-cheerios, lunch-chicken sandwich/pear, snack-pear, dinner-chicken n dumpblings, green beans. then i had a banana, then i had like 20 ritz crackers, then i had an orange. then i had like 4 tbsps of peanut butter. then i had a recese. omg. im gonna jumprope toinght for 30 min. but i did so bad!

Do you guys think swimming 3 times a week for a few hours each time will make any difference in my weight loss/muscle gain goals?

190, kinda toned, feeling sluggish! Can I have some help? I can't seem to slow down! I'm getting rid of soda and desserts, but not much is happening. Sugestions will be greatly considered

hey.... well the day b4 yesterday i did 1 mile on the gazelle and none yesterday and almost 2 miles today im going to finsh the mile in a little while! my goal weight is 100 lbs i am 5ft 160 im going to do a mile on the gazelle everyday and go for a walk/jog every night. i hope i can do this oh yea last time saying this lol im going to go back on the fruit and veggie diet this time im going to be very very strict any tips? well goodluck everybody! :)

hey!im 5'3'' 135 i run a quarter mile 5x a week & thats about it & i eat cheerios w/a banna 4 breakfast & either an icecreame or burrito 4 lunch a sandwhich after skool & then a semi healthy dinner !iz that really bad/?wat do i need 2 change so i can lose 5-10 pnds???Pleazzzz help me !THANK - U !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay so what if i've had my 1200 cals forthe day, butthen at night i totally binge out.. but its on VEGETABLES? then i put fat free cheese on them and fat free butter spray... last nite i had 3 bowls OF CARROTS. i can tell that i went up like a lb. but i know thats prolly just water weight.. i dunno.. it helps me not to binge on other things though, d oyu think im going to gain weight like this?

i am 13 years old and i'm like 150 pounds. i know that's over weight. i think i need to lose about 35 or so pounds. i need help. i wan't to drop five pounds before new years. however, i am willing to eat less, but i hate excercising. do you have any help to conquer that? the basketball season in my school has just started and i'm on the basketball team. i've been running for only like 15 minutes every morning and dribbling for five minutes. i don't like doing any more than i am, but i know i'm not burning enough. any suggestions you have please send to californiarules1992@hotmail.com

Hey everyone, well i am 16 and i am hopeing on some advise but its not for me. One of my really good friends is very overweight but i am not sure how much she weights, she is only about 5'1 or so and maye weight about 200-300 lbs. i am very scared for her health. she isnt only overweight but she is very depressed because of her parents. i dont know what to do. can ne one help?

my mums bought me an outfit for christmas and guess what..i dont fit into it. She spent loads of money on it and i would be too embarrased to tell her it dodnt fit. I can even get it over my hips. I have got two weeks until the party and need to be able to wear it for then. Have you got any suggestions please? i really really need some help. I was so upset i was crying before. Please help. Thanks. Ps; its okay if you give me a diet that you dont eat alot on but lose weight rapidly on it because i will only be on it for two weeks.no longer. thanks
