oh my gosh. i cant believe myself. well i did okay the whole day..breakfast-cheerios, lunch-chicken sandwich/pear, snack-pear, dinner-chicken n dumpblings, green beans. then i had a banana, then i had like 20 ritz crackers, then i had an orange. then i had like 4 tbsps of peanut butter. then i had a recese. omg. im gonna jumprope toinght for 30 min. but i did so bad!

Honestly, let me be technical with you. I weigh 152 pounds and i am 5'8. I use to weigh 210 pounds. I remember when I first started dieting, I hate the way you did. First of all, you are eating way too many carbohydrates. Have you ever considered a low carb diet? that is what i did, and let me tell you it works. Also, you should be drinking atleast 64 oz. of water a day.

omg i just freaking ate 4 cookies and 2 cheeries too. what is my problem? 30 min jumprope is not very much, i dont even feel ike i worked out!
