OMG!!! I just binged!!!!! I had 20 egg rolls! Each is 120 calories!!! AAAAAAAAAhhh I don't know what's wrong with me...I feel so ashamed. I want to cry. WHat do you guys do to stop a binge?

well i dont know if i am doing good today or not but for breakfast i had fat free strawberry yougart with a bananna, for lunch i had a salad with fat free ranch and fat free cottage cheese and for dinner i had a turkey roast, and mash potatoes with vegtable. please respond oh and i did some ab work outs on my 6-second abs

Hey guys...today: B:tuna sandwich L:rice and ribs, carrots D: SUSHI...lots of it S: grapes. Gosh...that's alot of food, isn't it? Oh well...I worked out all day cuz I was at work. I'm a waitress, so I run around nonstop for about 7 hours.

Im 5'4 and about 160 pounds. I would really like to be around 125-130 pounds. It seems that every thing i try to do doesnt work and i get bored with it and "give up", what would u suggest is a good method as to losing the 30 pounds.. ? please help.

hey peeps, i've been on the south beach diet for 12 days, and so far, i've lost 13 lbs. its basically about for the first two weeks u eat anything execpt fruits and breads, and no ice cream! then after the first 2 weeks you can slowly add normal foods back on. within the first two weeks you will lose about 8-13 (thats what the book says)- good luck to all who are trying to be healthy!

Well today I guess i'm doing ok so far for breakfast I had two patty sausage and 1 scrambled egg with a serving of hash browns with a glass of sunny d. If anyone has any good sites on calorie counting reply please. and someone reply please to tell me if i did ok or not.thanks xoxo

hey! I think i did really good today! i woke up at noon, so i combined brakfast/lunch. I had 2 eggs sunnyside up, 1 sausage patty, and 1 1/2 pieces of raisen toast. Then for a snack I had a little tiny noodle sample from walmart, and a banana. Then i ran 3 miles, and i walked 1 mile. I did 300 crunches. For dinner i had a healthy choice-300 cals-bbq chicken, potatoes, and corn/carrots. I also had an orange. Did i do good?? I drank water with my food.
