I don't think it's that kind to be bashing people the ed's... their not done for attention or fun, it's a disease... so back off the ppl that have them, and let them do whatever they please.. we don't like being told what to do!

for one, DONT FREAK OUT.
dont nag her either.
just see what happens. if she keeps losing to much weight and seems to be getting obsessed, get her help. but dont worry yet, because its not that uncommon for teens to go on crash diets, while only around 3% of them have eating disorders.
just see what happens, and if she seems to be getting to thin or obsessed and not eating properly, talk to her about it. if that doesnt work, tell an adult.

hey lesisa... i know you may not want to, but it is VERY important that you help your friend while you still can. you must have heard of anorexia at some point, and from what you said, it sounds like your friend could be getting a bit too serious about this. if she won't listen to you, tell her parents or a school counsler--anyone that you think can help. i know your friend may be upset now but if you really care about this person, you may just be saving their life, so don't worry about how she treats you. it's not as important. best of luck to you!
