i haven't binged in quite a few days which makes me happy. i've been staying below 1500 which is great and sticking with the less than 200 carbs, less than 2000mg sodium, more than 20g fiber, more than 60g protien and 100% calcium. i'm eating very healthy to say the least. i need to exersize more though- but i'm just going to concentrate on making my diet stick for a very long time right now. i know i'm getting the firm for christmas and i can't wait because it looks so good! i am going to interchange taebo, yoga, and the firm when i get the firm. i'm going to get really fit this summer because i want to be on varsity tennis come spring so i'll be working a lot on my endurance and flexibiliy. i still need to lose about 25 lbs but i'm not even going to concentrate hard on that untill i get the firm. i'm just going to make these good eating habits permanent. wow- i feel pretty good about myself right now. i just ate popcorn and cottage cheese for breakfast and will be eating dried papaya(low sugar) for a snack. i'm all out of slimfast right now:( but that's okay- it just means i'll have to work harder to get all the nutrients. wow- sorry for the length of this- i'm just a babbaler...
