HEY DON'T worry if u over weight if people say s**t about u just 4get them and if u r 260 then try excersie.
4 breaffast eat cereal + milk,
lunch- turkey sandwich
and 4
dinner- chicken breast, potatos and veggies
try not 2 have any snacks though
if u follow this meal u might be able 2 lose a lot of weight believe me
us girlz need 2 help each other not not dissing each other iight
