ok you guys, I am 5'6 and i was 147 ibs. about last month. Since then I've probably become heavier, adnd 147 is over what my weight should be. I have been a vegetarian for about two months and some statistics show you gain weight without eating meat. I am active in sports and I do Yoga, but nothing seems to work. Please give me some ideas that are reasonable to bring and keep my weight down.

i didn't post that last one- i haven't been on for a day and my little sister was screwing around. i have no porblem with veggitarians- even if you are doing it for hrealth reasons. that's not a bad reason- especially for when you get older. just eat a lot of protien:nuts and such and balance out your eating- here's what i go by: 2000mg or less sodium, 1200-1500calories, 200 or less carbs, 100% calcium, 20-30g fiber, and at least 60g protien. that's my ideal diet day and then of course 20-60min of some sort of cardio workout. you should interchange flexability, weight lifting, and cardio throuout your week. good luck!

um stop being a veggietarien. there is absolutly no benefits from it. You need the protein otherwise your muscles shrink and hair falls out.
