Okay guys. I really REALLY need help. I have no idea what to do. I have never dieted before. I'm going away in February to south america so I really need to lose atleast 20 pounds cause it's going to be hot and bathing suits are a must. I'm 5'2 and i weigh 140. I have a horrible body most fat on my stomach and legs. I really want to lose this weight. Can I do it in two months? I really have no clue what so ever on what I should eat.. and what excercises I should be doing. If you have any tips whatsoever I would really REALLY appreciate it. I really need to lose this weight. Pleaseeee help me thanks so much ! <333333

yes, you can lose that weight in 2 months. But you have to be motivated. Eat small portions of your favorite foods once in a while, and eat healthy 90% of the time. Make sure you include fruits and veggies, whole grains, lean protein. So dont go for sugary cereals or white bread. Eat only when you are hungry, and something that can be filling with less calories. Try to read food labels, nurtition facts.Also you need to in clude cardio and toning up. Like do lunges, crunches, lift hand weights, jump rope. For cardio, you can do running, walking, tennis, basketball, list goes on and on. Good luck, hope I helped.
