Hey everyone....i have been trying to loose weight but i know i am not rying my hardest....i havent really ate healthy foods. today for breakfast i had lucky charms, for lunch i had popcorn chicken.mac&cheese.and half a brownie, and after school i had sum reeses peices and for diner i had a hotdog...i feel so bad.....like i have broken the law. it sux...amy if you are on, email me!!Laters

Hey guys I hope your day is going well. Its finally the begining of April vacation for me! We got a day off early! I'm going to try to loose some weight on vacation! We get 10 days off so mabye I'll loose 5 lbs. That would be great. I loose weight pretty fast so it won't be a problem. By birthday is April 26th so I'll be going out to eat a lot. I'm going to haveto work extra hard. Good luck guys! And the weather is starting to get very nice.

Hey guys by saturday it will be 4 weeks since I started a new diet. This time it is working. It is not a pacific plan is trying to eat 1200 calories a day and 1-2 times a week I get a day where I eat 1500 calories but they cant be in the same day in a row. I have lost 18 pounds so far, I weigh in every saturday. Today I ate 1600 calories, and feel bad about it. Which I dont think is too bad. Let me know what you guys think, this was only for today, i dont eat this way everyday. Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal w/ soy milk, orange, apple Lunch: 1 cup of cereal w/ soy milk (again), 1 piece of whole wheat bread, yogurt Snack: 6 carrots w/low calorie dressing Dinner: skinless boneless chicken on 2 pieces of wheat bread with mustard, lettuce, tomatoe, and red onion S: yogurt, and bag of smart pop popcorn. Does that sound horrible or ok, or what? Please let me know what you guys think.

this message is to anyone that has every tried the 6 week body makeover. i want to try it, but it's really expensive. i want to know if it was worth it, what it is, and any other information like that. i also heard on a commercial that they only require 18 minutes of excercise a day. is this true? will it work?

hey guys just checking in. Just a question but does any one else here do yoga? I have been feeling like I'm getting too serious about this whole thing...if that's possible...I mean like obsessed and I've been acting weird...and weird for me is a bad thing (I wasn't exactly average in the first place). Has anyone one heard that nuts are bad for you becasue I need more protein because I don't eat meat, and my mom say I shouldn't eat them because they're too fatty...but seriously...how many people do you know who got fat eating nuts...

Hi, My name is Maggie , Im currently about 320 lbs and only 15 years old. I hate being this way. That's why I am starting right now on a healthy and fun diet, also I am going to exercise with Richard Simmons videos and I ordered a Tae-Bo VHS and I have another 20 minute workout video. I was just wondering if theres any girls my age who would like to lose weight with me thats kinda in the same situation. total cals were around 1250 today, and I ran about 3 miles at track and had an hour dance class. I should go do crunches and weights but I'm not really in the mood! lol oh well... I'm going to Virginia tomrw for a chorus trip all weekend : D We're going to Busch Gardens so that should be fun! btw I live in NYC. Yayy I get to miss 2 days of school whoop whoooop<33 Let's just hope I eat like a sane human being and not go crazy because we'll be going out to eat a lot : / Eeeek I can do it!! lol <33

Here's the exersizes I did today. Morning AND Night: March in place, reaching hands up and down, for 2 full minutes. Lift knees higher, alternating arm punches, 20 times. Kick legs and swing arms in synch 20 times. Jog in place one minute. Do 10 jumping jacks. Jog for one minute. Ten more jumping jacks. Again, march and reach for two minutes. Ten jumping jacks. Afternoon: I danced to 4 songs.
How is my exersizing? Please let me know. Thanks! ^_^

As I always post, here is what I ate today.
Breakfast= Poptart & a banana= 300 cals..... Lunch= pizza sauce stuffed pretzel= 250 cals ...... Snack= a pickle and a tic-tac= 6.9 cals.... Dinner= baked potato w/ cheese and butter, ceasar salad, peaches, and a half peice of sugar toast= 600 cals..... Dessert= Raspberry turnover= 290 cals....TOTAL= 1,447 calories...
