Thsi guy I like is really cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I want him to ask me out but I dont think he will untill I loose 43 pounds. Please can someone give me a diet or diet tips I can use so ones that my parents wont notice Im tring to loose weight. I dont want them to know its really embarrasing

Here I am looking for some help I just want to scream I am a 17 year old girl and I am overweight(250 pounds) Or what people like to say OB I so frustrad to I try diet after diet and it just seem not to work but then again all my friend can eat whatever they want and so I do to I just need some to talk to someone just like me. Hey everyone!
I am 13 years old I"m 4' 9" and I weigh 143 pounds! My BMI is 30.9. This is obease. I am probably shorter and fatter than all of you. Not that u guys are fat. I look like a big blob of fat. Most people think my weight is mostly muscle, but its not its mostly fat. My doctor told me I need to loose 12 pounds but I've gained one pound. So now I need to loose 13 pounds. I really want to loose 43 pounds, and I have to do this by august 15th. My doctor didnt give me weight lose tips he just told me to loose it. When he was talking to me I felt really uncomfortable because he was probably 70 pounds overweight himself. He looked like he was living on dougnuts, and sugar. Can any one help me loose weight. I'm going to start starving myself. I really want this guy to ask me out and I feel my fat is getting in the way. Thanx Bye

Hey everyone! I was wondering how running a mile everyday will help me... I'd like to lose 10-15 lbs w/o bulking my thighs/legs up (thats why i'm hesitant to do regular leg exercizes)...i'd also like to flatten my stomach and "love handles", but situps and crunches aren't working for me... what do you guys think?

hey you guys ive been doing pretty bad over spring break i lost five pounds but then last week i gained two or three back....so im deciding to focus on how much fat im eating as well as portion control and fruit and veggie consumption how does that sound??...today i have eaten about 10grams of fat and i have already eaten two meals which is really good! especially for me.... my excersize is gonna be running for track like always and doing abs,arms and buttocks excersizes...if yall have any tips, or suggestions to help with my diet i will appreciate it ALOT!! thanks everyone ~Brittany~

HEY!!!!!!!! i lost 4 lbs this week!!!! And from last week* lol i lost 24 lbs in all so far.... i went from 215 to 191!! u think i could lose 10 lbs in about 4 and a half weeks??? or 8 to 10, i wanna look *ok* by our 7th grade williamsburg trip!!! (on may 16 to 20th)

hey everyone! i really need to lose weight (my situation is about 4 or 5 posts down) but i have found one good thing. Propel fitness water, i drink it all day. Im so bored w/ the taste of regular water. It has 10 calories, 2 sugars and 3 carbs in a good sized bottle. Its yummy too.

Hello. I come to this site, probably twice a year to go on a diet. But EVERYTIME I try to start one, I always end up quitting like a week after!! I get soo frustrated, and I am getting so extremely fat, it is scary. I want to go on a diet, I just need to know how to keep mysaelf from being hungry all the time, and stuff like that! I am 5'4 and weight almost weigh 300 lbs!! It is just sad.I REALLY, really want to lose this weight and keep it off. Tomorrow, I am starting a diet, and I am going to stick with it this time!! -UGH ! cravings ! how do u stop them ? Its so hard..especially when its that time of the month. Which it is..and i cant stop the cravings. Luckily i've mantained my weight but i'm scared i'm gonna gain. Please help. Thank u.

oh sorry thanks katie and ashley im gonna run off season just to keep up and im gonna force myself to do sprints atleast twice a week lol i hate sprinting...but what are some other great excersizes that will keep me in shape im gonna start bike riding with my brother and when the pool opens im going up there ever day lol i love swimming! well thanks again!

hey lisa, thats cool you dropped so much time off your 800 mine was a 3:14 at my first meet and then the next one i ran it was a 3:18 i was like WHAT THE CRAP?? and then the race i was talking about was a 3:15 so i guess i just need to be thankful it got better and not worse! thanks for your advice rina and lisa! i really appreciate it...
