I'm back and I feel so great. I am now 138, I gained a little but here is what I did.
-Run in the morning
-Eat boil egg, toast,grapefruit, banana
-Play tennis after school for an hour
-Eat a snack which is usually a salad
-Do 10 situps, 10 pushups, and 10 crunches....i stated out small then add an extra 5 each month.

ok right now im about 5'1 160 and i think i have been doing better wit the exercise lately then what i used to but i dunno. im moving soon so maybe i can focous on other stuff and be less LAZY and etc... im going to start TRYING to ear healthier and for sure exercise more and do sit ups make ur stomach flat? or what do they do? cause im going to start doing 15 sit ups 10 push ups b4 i go to bed and when i wake up. and imma ride my bike/walk/jog about 20 mins a day ill switch from one of those each day so i wont do all that in one day and get tired of it my goal for right now is 145 if i have a shirt and pants on or etc.. it covers my fat and i look like im not that bad but i am and i want to loose this weight. thankz - montana

Umm i need diet ideas cuz i its been just recently I've gained alot of weight and the other day my aunt commented on how 'Chunky" i was getting. I mean i dont even know if i'm overweight, i'm 5'2 and 154lbs....is that overweight?/

sorry there's this girl a couple of days ago that was on the 6wbm. i was wondering if you could e-mail me because i want to get it but i have a lot of questions thanks. my e-mail is californiarules1992@hotmail.com
anyways, i want to post what i ate today. it was really bad, but i want to do it so it doesn't happen again. well for breakfast i had a 1/2 cup serving of nonsweetened apple sauce. lunch was 1 slice of peporoni pizza and 1 slice of cheese pizza. i also had a small snickers bar and a diet coke. for dinner i had 1 cup of peas, 1 piece of skin less bone less chicken. then i had a smallish sweet potato. for snacks (this is where it gets really really bad) i had a peace of cheese cake, some apple crumble, some tirasumi cake, and a piece of apple cake. when i'm on that time of the month, i have a really big sweet tooth. however, i ran/walked 1600 meters and took an hour and half walk. sorry this is incredibly long. thanks for reading it. now you guys can just say i ate a ton and i know it's really bad.

GRR i am sooo nervous.. i have a track meet tomorrow!!!.. iknow i can complete the race and all i just dont know what to do with my self lol *spazes out* i always get sooo nervous the day before a meet and i dont know why does any one have any tips in which to get over being nervous, a great breakfast for a good running day, and just all around make me be a faster runner even if its gonna take practice...i mean techniques not just practice every day... also i would greatly appreciate it if any one knows how to get rid of shin splintz i have until like three tomorrow! so please HELP i wont be home from 8-3 or five..im gonna go and reply to yall's posts...

i dont get it ... i work out 35 minutes a day and eat under 1100 calories a day but i'm not loosing weight i've done this for 2 weeks now why am i not loosing weight!?!?!?!

i'm 5'9 and haven't weighed myself for awhile. personally i don't really want to know. but what should i eat in order to lose weight. i want to get rid of love handles and slim down my thighs. i've been addicted to chicken noodle soup lol and cutting out snacks/sugars. thanks in advance for any support or ideas. let be healthy!! ha ha

well today i got onfirmed and i have been working out and dieting like crazy to loose atleast alittle weight for today, and afterwards there was a huge lunch and i hate so much and now i feel really bad. is it ok if splurged today or should i go and try and work it all off?

I am so hyappy i lost 19 pounds I went from 159 to 140 only 15 more pounds to go cant wait to get them off good luck too everyone out there and remember dont deprive yourself you can have your cake and eat it to just cut the serving and dont eat it all the time

DAMN YALL I HAVENT BEEN ON HERE FOR DONKEYZ YEARz. for at least 5 months anyhooo i have been trying to lead my life successfully and thankfully i have achieved that as i have lost alot of weight still got a few pounds to shed but by the help of god i will reach my target. i have a whole new attitude towards myself and 1 highlight of my day was a gal taking my picture and telling me she wanted to use me for her art project cause she thought i was really pretty and that just made me estatic when i got home i cried cause i dont know maybe it was that i just needed that reasurance that people could no me for who iam and not how i look, and for that gal saying dat i was pretty was a great big BONUS!!!

i have lost a total of 25lbs, (going from 180 to 155). But My goal weight is 135 by the last week of school (2 months). I dont mind if I am not exactly 135, but somewhere around it. But I've hit a platuea, and need help losing the rest of the weight. If any of you guys have an idea or exersizes..something..to help..please talk to me.

hi guys i know i havent posted in a while, but i just wanted to say i am really happy...i lost 6 pounds! and u guys can do it too! if u just watch what u eat (as in eating realitivly healthy) and excericise, it can happen. by the way, be careful when u excercise because when i was excericising one time, i sprained my ankle lol but yea good luck!

i get picked on all the time for being over weight and i am new to this sight whats the fastest and most accurate way to lose weight that doesn't caost anything (well more then i eat now and like no book and stuf because my parents yell at me for buying a new lunch card!) and then thanks soo much for helping!!
