Last night I ate a bowl of macoroni out of nowhere! and I FEEL SO GUILTY, I almost cried. I was so tempted becausE I didn't have it for like 3+ months! Please tell me, how do I make up for it????

I lost 2.8 pounds this week! Actually 3, but the person who weighed me looked away b4 she saw that the scale went down another .2 pounds! But, thats still good! I hope everyone else did good too.

I also wanna know if what I usually eat in a day is okay
Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie (med glass)
Lunch: Salad (no dressing), juice, fruit cup and a cheese stick
Dinner: Veggie burger, salad, glass of milk
Snack:Carrots
And lots of water..my moto to myself is, if i pass a drinking fountain, take a drink. Do i eat okay?

Guess what, I lost 5 pounds since last Monday! I'm so happy. I know it's not alot, but it's a start and enough to motivate you to keep going! Right now, I'm 5'5" and 140 pounds. I have 20 more pounds to go until I reach my goal weight. I'm *hoping* to lose it by the summer but it's not really enough time, so I might lose 10-15. What are everyone's stats and goals?

today was ok. I ran kind of bad in my track meet, but it was extremely windy so that may have been why. b--cheerios cals 200, l--sandwhich, apple, pretzels cals 400, s--animal crackers and pretzels cals 500, d--baked lays, fruit juice and 100 cal pack cals 300 total: 1400
<3....ugh i feel so bleh about everything right now :/ cheer me uppp

Hey guys. Well I told yall of loosing about 10 lbs before April 29th. I'd like to loose between 6-10 lbs. I think I have a fast metabolism because I can loose weight easily. I'm and trying to tackle my binge eating problem. Its not a big one but thats why I never loose weight. Because I binge. So I'm going to be super healthy and exercise for these 15ish days and see how I do. I Started monday through Friday eating 1,400 calories and exercising atleast an hour a day and I lost 4 lbs. I thought binging as a cycle. I binge and tell myself, "I'll do better tomorow blah blah." So now I thought if I break my cycle I can do it! And its true. So if any of you have that problem, just think of that. Good luck yall. The weather is getting so nice so go outside!

I've been eating well and working out for three weeks now, and I've gained 8 lbs. Is that just muscle weight or is what i'm doing actually causing me to gain weight?

I really wanna get around my goal weight of 135 bye the end of the school year (about 2 months), and I have about 20-25lbs still to lose. I know I probably wont make it when I want to, but anywhere around it would be fine. Ive hit a platuae in losing weight..and need advice. I am not a good dieter (south beach diet, atkins), but i guess if I have to I will. Please give me some advice to get off the platuae.

I cant do a real pushup for my life, ok, maybe i can do 1 orsomething... Real being the ones that they do in the army or whatever. I can do lots of the "girly" ones, from the knees. Are those as effective as the real ones? For triceps i mean. Cuz with the real ones i really cant support myself with my arms, i dunno, im not so overweight that i cant spport my own weight, but im also tall, so i dunno if that factors in... So should i keep doing the girly ones (like 40 a night), or start trying the real ones, and do like 5 a night?
