Hey. I just wanted to say to everyone here that is trying to lose weight... YOU CAN DO IT! NEVER GIVE UP!! Weigh yourself only once a week!! Make SMALL GOALS LIKE 2LBS PER WEEK!!

well today i have done really bad, i got kinda depressed over something that was said at school. someone kicked a ball at me on the way home and then some1 else who i know shouted "how could you miss Lauren" n i aint that big either lol so i aint had ne brekkie , then i had a pack o french fries, then @ lunch i had 2 cadburys chocolate freddos then 1 cadburys chocolate carmal freddos! then another bag of crips, and i have drank about 1.5litres of water during the day, when i got home from skewl i have a wholemal pitta bread with tuna and low fat mayo and anuva 2 bags of crips, then a mint cornetto and then i burnt off 500cals and did 50 crunches ma total cal for the day totaled around 1400 cals lol of unhealthy stuff then burnt some off. argh well at least i didnt starve myself!

breakfast--fat free muffin: 100 cals, lunch--ham on a wrap, grapes and 100 cal pack cals: 300, snack--granola bar cals: 100, dinner--chicken, backed lays, fat free sour cream, salsa, reduced fat shredded cheese cals: 500, dessert--fat free frozen yogurt w/ 100 cal pack cals: 200...total: 1200....Ran 2 miles at track and now I have dance for an hour. Today was pretty nice out and school wasn't thhhaaat bad. : )

- Well today, I know i ate a lot..but it wasnt like fatty foods, thats for sure. My mom cooked this meal, and i really dont kno how many calories is in it, so i`m like confused as far as how many calories i ate today. But on the plus side i drunk 5 tall glasses of water, and excercised on my bike for about 45 minutes (it told me i burned about 530 calories) .. how do you guys think i did today? = )

heya!right i'll cut doen to the chase, before you can loose weight you have got to come to terms with the fact that if you don't do this then there will be several things that you can't do. So, I bet we all like to eat, and frankley, we all NEED to eat, to live. but some food can actually kill you. like Junk. if you think of some of the food you like to eat, Burgers, chips,pizza,stuff like that. don't use them as a convinience, there are great healthy options out there that, I think taste much better, that might be because you know your not putting all the fat and E numbers into your body. Your body is your Temple, you've gotta look after it! there are ways for food loving people to loose weight. what you have to do is find helthier options of your favorite food and enjoy it! eat little often, this would higher your matabolism, which would make you feel great and make exersising easier! thank you for listening, you guys can do this!

sorry for this double post but I would like to know about weight watchers...is there a way that I can do it but not pay for it...lol I know impossible! I just keep telling my self that ill start tomorow ill start tomorrow....I already had some pizza might as well have some ice cream...but I want to stop this and do it right! Its so frustrating!!

hey, i have a question. you no how you have to burn the same amount of calories you eat, well i was excrsising today on a stairmaster and it tells you how many calories you burn, well i only burned about 500 calories and i no i ate more then that, so do i have to burn like 1000 calories in order to loose weight, or is it ok? and another question, is 1000 calories a day not healthy?

Okay I was thinking about why we don't loose weight fast enough. Heres my problem and I bet some of you have the same one. You do good for a week. You weigh yourself and find that you lost 2 lbs! Then you have a binge and gain it back. It can be a cycle and it gets you no where. Or the, "I'll start tomorrow". If you have a problem down that line, then think of this. My only obstacle standing in the way of weight loss is my tendency to binge sometimes. I bought a book about it because I knew that if I could stop my binging I can start weight loss. Its called, "Why weight", and its liek a work book. You read as well as do exercises. Its helping so much in the first week I've gotten it. I havent even overate yet. Oh my word!
I eat GREAT at school and in the morning then when I eat dinner or have a snack!!!!!!!! its INSANE!!!! I eat more now than I ever did! Even ho I am on a diet! And its not like im not eating enough 450 cals. for lunch and 300 for Break. then the rest is for dinner(about 500)
Ok Example
* breakfast granola bar 110
plus gatorade 200
* lunch sandwich 180
wheatthins 100
salad 100
carrots 75
Dinner (this is where it goes crazy)
3 LARGE pieces of Pizza!!!!! ( I dont even know how many calories
Ice cream 360
Help!!!!1 and If you know how many calories are in a piece of large cheese pizza please tell me! I need some major modivation!!!! Help Help Help!

everyone should try rollerblading. It's really fun and great exercise. Plus its good cross training if you play sports and stuff. Its nice to switch it up sometimes cause I usually go running : )

hey have any of you tried the six week body makeover? i want to get it, but i would need to convince her that it works. so if any of you have tried it, can you tell me whether u hated it or loved it and why. also maybe a little about it because all i know is that you take a test or quiz of sorts, you get assigned a body type, and then u are given food and excercises specifically for ur body type. thanks everyone
check out ivillage.com because they have some really good workouts and diets. i'm doing the 4 week body makeover to gain some muscle.

Hey...I'm new...I just actually started dieting this week. I do hope everyone is well. I'm really in to Buddhism, so I decided it was time to get honest with myself and show a little love for myself, You know?...and summer is comming and well there isn't much needs to be said about that:) I'm actually quite happy to be doning this for myself, but I really wonder how long that will last. I do, I think eat pretty healthy, and cutting animals out of my diet helped me slim down a little, but I still have a long way to go and I really appreciate the support!!! Sorry about any weird spellings...not really a strong point of mine...got to go*waves at screen and exits.
