The look will only add weight to your figure. Balance a full skirt with a fitted shirt. A long flowing top looks best with long lean pants. * Pleated pants are an absolute NO-NO. Flat front styles instantly tuck you in. Less fabric means less bulk. * Dark stretch jeans are comfortable and forgiving. Make sure you're wearing your correct size by checking the side seams. They should run in a straight line. A curving, crooked seam indicates that you need a different size or style. * Wear control top pantyhose even under pants and for the summer (when wearing pants) cut the legs off of them so it won't be so hot * Take those ace bandage like things and wrap it around your stamich (but not so tight it hurts, also don't wear pantyhose or cincher over it I learned it hurts bad) * Wear a cincher (I think that's what there called, they look like a tube top but tighter and you where it around your stomach and/or rear) * Wear platfarms/heels, taller you are the thinner you'll look * Braclets can sometimes make your wrist look thinner also chokers can sometimes make your neck look thinner too * Stand/sit straight it can make you look 10 pounds less * Scrub off in the shower, you normally have a pound of dirt/dead skin on you. * watch the salt, it can make you contain water which will make you look a few pounds heavier (view less)

I was thinking about this diet called the juice diet or something, maybe some of you have heard of it? well i was just wondering isn't having too much juice bad for you, like not bad but it's not healthy cause it has a lot of calories or carbs or something? anyone have any comments thx!

OKAY! I've had enough. I've never felt so motivated to loose 10 lbs. I'm aiming to loose it by April 29th. I can loose weight pretty fast so I'm sure it wont be a problem. Okay so I got 2 weeks and like 5 days. Actuily 4 days not counting today. I have April vacation coming next week so I'm pumped! I can really concentrate on my exercising and eating right and not about SCHOOL! Good luck yall.

hey, im trying this out. im trying to just eat what i want, just smaller portions, so that way i dont crave too much, cause i always end up binge eating on the weekends like crazy. so okay...i know its not taht great, but will i still lose?? breakfast-toasterstrudel, grapes, glass of milk-350 cals, lunch-chicken wraps on whole wheat tortillas, jello, plum- 350, snack-banana-130 cals i think??, dinner-chicken enchilada w/ rice (lean cuisine meal) -300 cals. i also had like some bites of granola and stuff, which probably ended up like 100 cals. i ran 4 miles. so does this sound okay?? i dont feel deprived either..so i like it!

well today i have done really bad, i got kinda depressed over something that was said at school. someone kicked a ball at me on the way home and then some1 else who i know shouted "how could you miss Lauren" n i aint that big either lol so i aint had ne brekkie , then i had a pack o french fries, then @ lunch i had 2 cadburys chocolate freddos then 1 cadburys chocolate carmal freddos! then another bag of crips, and i have drank about 1.5litres of water during the day, when i got home from skewl i have a wholemal pitta bread with tuna and low fat mayo and anuva 2 bags of crips, then a mint cornetto and then i burnt off 500cals and did 50 crunches ma total cal for the day totaled around 1400 cals lol of unhealthy stuff then burnt some off. argh well at least i didnt starve myself!

breakfast--fat free muffin: 100 cals, lunch--ham on a wrap, grapes and 100 cal pack cals: 300, snack--granola bar cals: 100, dinner--chicken, backed lays, fat free sour cream, salsa, reduced fat shredded cheese cals: 500, dessert--fat free frozen yogurt w/ 100 cal pack cals: 200...total: 1200....Ran 2 miles at track and now I have dance for an hour. Today was pretty nice out and school wasn't thhhaaat bad. : ) im me if anyone wants to chat about diets : ) ska roxy chick 9
