hey, wat can i eat so my calorie intake will only be 800cals a day?? like 4 breakfast,lunch and dinner

why would you need to do that? there is no point because that will only make your metabolism slow down so you would probably gain more weight then lose it... because the little you do eat your body will store as fat as fast as it can!

Dont do 800 calories, It will slow your metabolism down, and it isnt healthy. Never go under 1200 calories a day. Thats what I do I eat 1200 calories a day and once a week eat 1450, and I am losing weight every weekend, and I am not really even exercising. Trust me on this, along time ago I tried the 800, I lost weight fast, but I gained it all back and plus more. It isnt something you can do for life long. The second you eat more than 800 you gain weight because your metabolism gets so low. I advise you to eat 400 calories for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or if you like to snack, have 300 calories for each meal then you still get 300 for snacks.

you need to eat atleast 1100 cal a day bu ti would reccomend 1200. If you only eat 800 cals a day youll probably end up passing out like a girl on this website did. Its not safe or healthy. Just eat 1200 cals a day and increase you physicle activity. Good luck!!!
