hey, im trying this out. im trying to just eat what i want, just smaller portions, so that way i dont crave too much, cause i always end up binge eating on the weekends like crazy. so okay...i know its not taht great, but will i still lose?? breakfast-toasterstrudel, grapes, glass of milk-350 cals, lunch-chicken wraps on whole wheat tortillas, jello, plum- 350, snack-banana-130 cals i think??, dinner-chicken enchilada w/ rice (lean cuisine meal) -300 cals. i also had like some bites of granola and stuff, which probably ended up like 100 cals. i ran 4 miles. so does this sound okay?? i dont feel deprived either..so i like it!

thats sounds really good, except like what helen said, drink lots of water! that is awesome that you ran 4 miles too!! I wish i could do that! good luck!

that is great and i think a banana is only fifty calories... the only thing i suggest is eat MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES!! that will help you a lot in the long run! well good luck and DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!!
