Well I was thinking and i need to go on a diet...(T.T)but anyways, and I want to get down a few sizes before my prom (May 21st 2005)anyone that can help me on exercises that would be great! <3 Rosie

stressed on time? lol ok start taking an hour out of your day to excersize whether its at night or in the morning. go run walk ANYTHING!! that is cardio. then when you come back stretch and do some abworkouts!! pushups *very important so you dont have the armpit fat sticking out! i know its gross but it happens to lots of people ...BE DIFFERENT!!. DO SQUATS!!! they help your butt sooo much! and your leg muscles.
for dieting start with maybe a small portion of cereal and piece of fruit for breafast a sandwhich with healthy fillings, wheat thins, and veggies for lunch * not all at once* a snack when you come home have some crackers and peanut butter or cheese. for dinner have whatever is going just in small portions!
ALSO BUY AWATER BOTTLE AND DRINK WATER ALOT AND FILL IT UP SO YOU CAN DRINK MORE if you drink soda STOP because that alone can make you lose ten pounds unless of course its diet then you will only see like a one pound difference well GOOD LUCK!!!
