I also wanna know if what I usually eat in a day is okay
Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie (med glass)
Lunch: Salad (no dressing), juice, fruit cup and a cheese stick
Dinner: Veggie burger, salad, glass of milk
Snack:Carrots
And lots of water..my moto to myself is, if i pass a drinking fountain, take a drink. Do i eat okay?

sounds great. later on, once you get the eating down, start exercising. 3 times a week is good. youre doing great!

Yeah that is really good, you will do well but if you want to replace the juice with water or green tea coz juice has a lot of sugar, or you could frashly squeeze. But u really dont have to coz your eating really well anyway.
