hey everyone, I really want to get down to a size 13/14 by the time school comes around next year because right now I'm about a 18/19. I was just wondering on any girls who where a 13/14 what their waist in inches is because size charts are always off. My goal is to be able to fit in an American Eagle size 14. I really would like to lose 20 lbs by june 14th, is that too short of a time to lose that much weight? Also I was wondering if anyone knew any good exersized that targeted to get rid of "love hadles". Thanks

has anyone ever heard of fruit two 0, its like water with fruit flavering. anyway i really love it and drink it all the time. it says it has no calories because it is all natural but it just sounds to good to be true.

SOMEONE HELP ME!!! I am sooo stressed. School sux, i hate my life, i cant stop eating and i cant exercize outside or run in my neighborhood becuase dumb ass boys keep harrasing me to make themsleves feel better. I dont have money for a gym. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME??? im 17, 243lbs!!!

Also, at WW there was a lady there who has a banana w/ frozen whipped cream and cinamon sugar. That sounded really good and I think its like 3 points, maybe 2 depending on what kind and how much whipped cream. Just thought that I would give everyone that idea!

i wondering u play the sport bagmitton(<---- not sure about the spelling) for 40 minutes how many calories would u burn. Im playing this in gym class and i work up e real sweat.

omg you guys right now i know what i need to do and i know i can do it but i just dont do it...its weird being on a diet isnt bad its almost fun because you get to see yourself differently because if you have been chunky all your life and then you lose weight its like WOW different person...but im at a loss i just cant seem to get started any ideas on motivation...especially with eating....i know what im suppose to do and like i said i can do it so does any one know why im not? well id love to hear from you...

Depressed? argh, i know you're not supposed to take the scale seriously, but i just moved, and the scale where i am now says im a whole 4kg heavier then the last scale. Thats lik 10lbs! argh. Ok, i need to go extreme for a few weeks, just to purge my system of all the unhealthy crap that it seems to LIVE on. Working those upper arm muscles, triceps i think--i wish i could have a picture of myself of what i would look like if and when i accomplish all this. Like, my goal is to lose 40 (50?) pounds, but who knows, maybe ill look great if i just lose 20 and tone up. I wish i could know!! I guess what prevents me from NOT eating the chocolate is that i have no real proof that if i deprive myself, it will pay off. hmph, well, starting tomorrow, im into deprevation mode. Just so the crazy anna seakers on this site dont freak out at me, what i mean by deprivation is simply not eating what i normally eat, i.e. cocolate, soda, juice, processed crap. And no need to say it, il stay well above 1200cl, in fact, i dont think im capable of stayign below that...

*sigh* I don't know if this is bad or not, maybe you can tell me.This morning, I ate one slice of bread(toasted) with a slice of cheese and apple juice. Then, for lunch I ate chicken noodle soup with bread. I was going to eat 2 mozzerella sticks later on, but instead, I went to the movies with my friends to go see The Amityville Horror, and we ended up eating at McDonalds and I got fries and a chicken sandwich...The exercises I did were--50 jumping jacks,stretches,50 push ups,cardio jog,100 crunches,back stretches and back muscle builders,i worked out my thighs, then did 15 more push ups, then 50 more jumping jacks. After a while, I played Dance Dance Revolution for about 40 minutes.*smacks head* I am soo worried that I screwed up by eating at McDonalds! Please, please, reply telling me if I did bad or not..Maybe,hopefully, I am just worrying for nothing!! Thanks!

Hey Ive decided I dont want to loose weight for a guy if he doesnt like me for who I am thatn he can just kiss off. I still want to lose 43 pounds. Today I went to WW, and I lost 0.6 pounds! But, better than that, last year I ran a mile in 14:30 and now today it was 11:34!!!!!!!!!! That was probably my most exciting moment of the day! Good Luck everyone!

Hey everyone, I really need some help. I have tried to diet many times, but I never make it. I have wanted to lose weight for the longest time. Everyone in my family are all in shape, alot of times I feel left out cause I can not do keep up or wear the cute cloths that they wear. I am 5'2 and weigh 148 pounds. I try to jog on the treadmill for 30min a day. I am not eating that well right now. If anyone knows a good place to find healthy recipes pls let me know. pls help me. thanx
