- Ugh !I don't get it . . last week i was like beetween 169-170 .. and i didnt eat any bad foods or anything. then during the weekend i ate like 3 cookies but i also excercised now im like 3 pounds heavier. I dont get it ..its maybe water weight but i just have this feeling its not. I dont know..but right now im feeling really discouraged like what im doing for my diet is wrong. Can you guys please tell me what you think is wrong with me. thanks.

for yall who have been following the Gilliam Mckeith (you are what you eat plan) can you please tell me how much weight you have lost and how long you have been on it for and your height plz. As i have been on it for 2 months and have not weighed myself but can see a big difference, i get to weigh my self next week though wish me luck lol

hey every1!! ok, here is my day. can u guyz tell me if i did good? ok, breakfast: fruit, mini bagel with a little bit of cream cheese Lunch: half of ham sandwich, orange juice, some strawberries Dinner: orange juice, baked potato with a little bit of sour cream, 3 little chicken legs, lots of broccoli, (YUM), little piece of bread. How did i do?? plus: 20 min of kickboxin, 20 min of walk away the pounds video. soooooooo, how do u think i did? thankz guyz!!!! ~jenna

Hey.. IM 15 years old.. im 5'5.. and like 180lbs.. IM kinda self concious about it.. ive been kinda overweight my entire life.. Im tryin to lose 30-40lbs.. Okay..i dont think im doing too bad today..but lets see what you guys think : Breakfast: Bowl of bran flakes with 1/2 cup of skim milk. Lunch: Small piece of grilled chicken with mashed potatoes frozen lunch, salad(no dressing) and water (the frozen lunch only has 190 calories)..Bananna for a snack..and then I was thinking a veggies burger w/ no bun and with salad, and a glass of milk.
Is today a good day, or a bad day?

Well i've done this many time's before, and i've lost weight with what I did, but then I quit and lost the weight back, so now I in and i'm going to stick with it...I have many plans to lose weight, but i'm starting this at the begining of June, I want to try to get to the lowest weight I can by september, I weigh 260 right now, I'm hoping to get to 220 or 210 by september if I work really hard, you guys tell me is that asking too much, if I do it the healthy way, I mean healthy food, and exercise. These are some ideas for inspiration to lose weight, b/c it seems like a lot of people on here have given up hope. Reasons 2 Lose weight
1. To be able to go out in a swimsuit (bikini or 1 piece) and not feel self conscious
2. To feel good about yourself
3. To be able to truthfully smile and say "thank you" whenever someone says u r beautiful
4. To not have to go into the dressing room at any store and be dissappointed by what u c in the mirror or what u r trying on is two sizes bigger than u would want
5. To go to the gym and look like one of the skinny people u use to idolize (and not make fun of the overweight people, like the skinny ppl do to you)
THESE ARE JUST A FEW, ADD SOME IF U LIKE!

hey guys!!! well u know around the holidays u gain a lot of weight right, well over the week after easter i gained 7 pounds and 3 inches and went up like 2 pant sizes. I thought i would wear my FAT pants till i work it all off, but they hardly fit! I tried them on and they fit perfectly, but then somehow the next week after working out a lot they didn't fit. it seemed weird that i had gain weight instead of losing it. So i went out bought two more fat pants. SIZE 15 and 17 and my stomach hangs over them and people are noticing that i am gaining more weight and are making more fun of me then they already did!!! SRY my stats are age 13 weight 179 and female. I also have a problem of overeating and have been trying to stop. If you can help me im me at irishblondie224 or dumbirishblondie! THANKS!BYE!
