I WEIGH 155 AND IM NOT HAPPY BUT I LOVE MY FRIENDS AND PEOPLE EXCEPT ME AND YEA I HAVE HAD LOTS OF GUYS IN MY LIFE IN RITE NOW I HAVE A PROB. WELL I HAVE KNOW THSI GUY FOR LIKE 3 YEARS NAMED RICARDO AND YEA I LOVE HIM SO MUCH I MEN I WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR HIM LIKE I WOULD DO FOR MY BEST GURL FRIEND AND RICARDO AND ME HAVE DONE A LOT TOGETHER LIKE AMKE OUT FOR HOURS AND HOURS AND STUFF AND HAVE BEEN CLOSE TO DOING WELL YEAH BUT NOW 3 MONTHS LATER ME AND HIM ARE NOT TALKING LIKE WE DID LIKE NOW HE THINKS IM ANNOYING AND STUFF CASUE DID CALL HIM LIKE EVERYDAY BUT DO YALL THINK THAT HE DOES NOT LIKE ME CAUSE IGAINED 6-8 POUND IN THE BEGINNING OF THE SCHOOL YEAR I NO THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH EATING PROBLEMS BUT THIS IS REALLY BUGGING ME ANS I NEED ADDVICE

does anyone know if it's okay to drink any kind of tea late at night? or will u gain weight from it? (teas that are 0 calories... well all teas pretty much are)

alright i really need some help... i want to lose weight so badly but it is so hard. and i know you all know that but i really need some tips on what to eat... i have cereal in the morning and im starving by like 1030-1100 oclock so then i eat badly at lunch. then i come home and have a snack and then i have dinner like watever my mom is cooking. any tips on more filling yet healthy breakfasts and lunches so i wont eat snacks? i wont to try to cut them out. i dont drink regular soda so thats not it. i only drink diet and coke c2 every once in a while. today i had ceral for breakfast but then at lunch i had french fries :-/ and then i came home and had a bag of smart food and peanut butter crackers... man i hate this i just cant control it....

i think i did bad today..for breakfast, a medium glass of fruit smoothie... Lunch: Salad (no dressing), 1/2 fruit cup. 1/2 yogurt, cheese stick, small thing of sugar free apple juice. Snack (this is were i figure i did bad) a small-med bowl of bran flakes cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk. I ate it because i hadnt eaten as much of my lunch as im use to, so i was hungery when i got home..and they arent really that bad for you. Then for dinner i was thinking of having this thing i usually have, a plate of salad w/ out dressing, with a garden burger patty on top. its real yummy, then a glass of milk w/ it.
So did i do bad or not?

i had healthy pancakes today for breakfast/lunch. I made them with skim milk and one egg so they weren't fattening at all. Plus I used this yogurt spread instead of butter. They were pretty yummmy<3 That was around 400 calories and I just went to the gym and ran 2 miles and lifts light weights, stretched and did crunches...So day 3 is going pretty well so far.

okay honestly....do some of you people that post saying they burnt off 2000 or more calories by working out are right?? do you have any idea how many hours that would take?!?! ill give you an idea of how many hours....MORE THAN YOU WORKED OUT....think ab wat your saying b4 you say it.....kthnxbye

I went on my mini cycle yesterday for an hour, which is good, but I can't stop eating. *sigh* It's one of those times I just wanna scream "WHY IS IT SO HARD!!" I woke up this morning feeling ill so I haven't been on the mini cycle today, I might go for a bike ride later though.
I'm tired, annoyed, and I'm not hungry, yet I eat. >:(

Its been a long time since I came here but since I gained more weight since then and am now losing weight again, I figured I would come in and see what use I could make of this site again. Ok-I weigh roughly 249 pounds-I haven't weighed myself in over a week(usually I do it once a week)
Ok-so I normally work out for about an hour every morning(between 6 and 7) on school days(mon-fri). Most days I eat all right but I haven't been exercising this week and haven't been eating very well either and I feel guilty. I would go work out but my alarm clock is stupid and never goes off except on days I am not even home. But that is besides the point. I guess I wanted to come back and maybe inspire other people to be healthier in the way they diet because the last time I was here-everyone was being really unhealthy. hey yesterday I had track and I ran the mile in 6:54...just a month ago I was 7:22....I have improved my body but not my weight unfortunally but that's okay I guess...I did improve one thing!!

i was wondering if just by cutting out like all the junk food and pop and stuff out of your diet will you lose weight?? i knoe im gonna need to exercise to but i can't for two weeks i broke my shoulder bak in jnauary and i see the doctor eery few weeks and he told me not to do aynthing till the next time i see him in 2 weeks.
also im 5"6 and i am 210 and wanna be 160 by september-october
