i dont get it ... i work out 35 minutes a day and eat under 1100 calories a day but i'm not loosing weight i've done this for 2 weeks now why am i not loosing weight!?!?!?!

try increasing your exersize and you also depends on what you eat also some people dont lose weight that fast it could take time you could just all of a sudden just start dropping

hey! i know how you feel. But trust me it will all work out. try eating more foods like fish, chicken fruits and veggies...also drink lotz of water. YOu may be only eating just over 1000 cals but that doesnt mean those calories dont come from fatty foods and your are jsut not eating alot or eating someting bad and not eating the rest of the day. YOu need to balance your diet and excercie

Maybe you are. But you don't see it in the scale because it might be your muscles instead of fat. Don't give up you're doing good. You are just getting stronger.

hey the reason you arent loosing weight is because your body is in starvation mode and when its in that mood your body styores everything instead of burning them off. you have to eat atleast 1200 calories to be able to burn those off that is why you arent loosing weight

Mabye your eating more calories then you think. Like small things like extra ketchup or mayo. Or a drink? Theres tons of hidden calories. Give us what you eat on a regular day and lets see if we can help you!

increase calories to 1200-1500 calories aday and maybe you just need a rest day just one.. like sunday is a great day no one expects anything from you and you can sit and chill the whole day.. and then monday start the week fresh with the excersize plan your on now...
