Ht. 5'11", Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 88) - Hello all, I'm 5'11 and weigh 180pds school starts in a little bit and I want to be at least a size 10 by then. I'm doing Atkins diet and its working and I have lost 10pds but thats not enough! I don't know how to stay on the diet and stay away from the cravings??? What kind of excerise should I do thats really effective?? Thanks for the help!!!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 176 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 158 lb - Hi , well i am 14 and i am 5'2 173 lbs and i have a figure i have curves in ALMOST all the right places except for my stomach i have a kinda big stomach and my thighs are a big also but i dont think i am fat ya know ..im jus thick and i start high school Aug 22. and i at least want to lose 15 lbs before then and i have lost 3 lbs in the last week by not eating as much i am pretty much lazy or too busy to exercise so i really dont know what to do..and i dont want to have to buy exercise equipment so if anyone thinks they can help me email me ay cutecutie246@yahoo.com or my aim sn is ksgirly123 THANX so MUCH

REPLY TO CAREY: hey just bring it up (weightwatchers) i thought it would be hard but the starter book costs like $20 or you can do it at home and get everything for like $100 dollars and it has good food to buy at the store or you can eat anything and it is very EASY to follow. i'm sure your parents would rather you be healthy. so go for it.

hi ppl.. im extremely overweight and im REALLY embaressed. So embarassed that i don't want to leave my house! i love taking walks but ppls expressions make me want to cry! why is this world so obssesed over weight?does anyone have any suggestions? i want to live my life!

Ht. 5'3", Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - can anyone tell me how effective jogging/running is with losing weight? has anyone here lost weight jogging/running? will you get the same results if you jog/run on a tredmil as you would jogging/running on a track or on the street or wherever you might run? if you can either reply here or email me at chunkymonkey827@hotmail.com i would really appreciate it. also i am considerably overweight. im around 220 and 5'3", is there anyone who was considerably overweight also that can tell me wut their experience was when they first started jogging/running and if if helped them at all. thanx so much much luck to all!!

phew...I just did a really hard weight lifting workout. Pushups and squats really aren't my thing, lol, but I did the harder workout which has more and more of those, and I did the whole thing:-) I am very proud of myself. Just a tip on working out: Don't think about the next time that you are going to workout when you feel like falling over...lol

Today: 171 lb - ok, no i haven't lost weight but i have had guys ask me out. i weigh 171 ok, not that much but my mom weighsv 10 lbs more. ok i have a really slow metablism but i do have a figure, gurls (and guys) take care of urself and ppl will like u, heck the 1st guy i really liked weighed 320. and the second was as skinny as a rail, and just take good care of my skin and stuff, it doesn't mean u can sit around all day, i walk everyday, but for fun! do exercise that u like, you will find what is right for u! i promise.i lost maybe 2 lbs but i am confident in who i am. if ur cconfident then u will seem pretty(er)! i swear it works

Ht. 5'6" - okay in a year from now i will be getting ready to go into high school and now i wear a size 16 in womens. I am about 5'6" and i would like i be a size 8 or 10 in womens so i could wear Abercrombie clothes and get to at least a large in shirts. what is a healthy weight for someone 5 6 and to wear a size 8? please help.
