HEY ALL IM 17 YEARS OLD AND IM EXTREMLY OVER WEIGHT IM GONNA BE A JOUNIOR WHEN SCHOOL STARTS BACK UP AND BEFOR I BECOM A SENIOR I WANNA BE SKINNY AND LOOKIN "FINE" LOL. ANYWAY IM JUST WANT TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT FAST AND SOON AND I NEED HELP!!! PLEASE HELP TELL ME WHAT U DID OR WHAT U ARE DOING THAT IS HELP YOU OUT ON LOSING WEIGHT..

hi, okay I know its annoying having to keep up with crap but right down and count calories and write down how many per meal. Then I would consider walking a mile everyday, it burns around 150 calories, do some aerobic excercises-jumping roping (or just jumping up and down continusously for a long period of time) burns ALOT of calories, after that do crutches, itll make your stomach more toned, anyways, I hope this helps, MR. is a really good advice giver so maybe u should ask him

What you have to say is both important and interesting but did you know that when you type in all CAPS it is considered shouting? Not to mention annoying?
