im over weight and i manage to do my exercises daily but am terrible when it comes to dieting has anyone got any ideas that might help?? also ive always thought about trying diet pills, but i heard thay werent that good has anyone heard of any good ones, thankyou xxx

Hello!
Try and find a nice fruit shake that has protin and Flax seeds. I have them dayly and they are great because they really fill you up and have no fat and lots of protin. Search the web for some good recipes.

Don't do diet pills, or also called dexies. They don't help and just damage you like messing up your electrolytes in your body, which can lead to shock, coma, and death.

You shouldn't look towards diet pills or just diets because once you stop you will gain all the weight back. What is important is that you change the way you eat for life.

hey I know exactly how u feel. I can exersize and stuff but when it comes to food??....oh boy watch out!! I wouldn't try diet pills unless recommended by a doc. i dont trust those pills...some a real dangerous. well good luck!!
