Ht. 5'11", Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 88) - Hello all, I'm 5'11 and weigh 180pds school starts in a little bit and I want to be at least a size 10 by then. I'm doing Atkins diet and its working and I have lost 10pds but thats not enough! I don't know how to stay on the diet and stay away from the cravings??? What kind of excerise should I do thats really effective?? Thanks for the help!!!

Hi ,this tiffany my advice to you is try to remember this saying a moment on the lips a life time on the hips . I remember this and i lost 40 lbs now i weigh 125 i am so happy now .
p.s. it works !!!!(most of the time)

actually since ur really tall u should only loose about 20 pounds (thats not bad at all) i lost 20 pounds last year by jogging EVERYDAY but for only like 5-10 mins and i also did Denise Austins Total fat buring workout no soda ice cream or chips drink water or crystal light and try to eat more vegies if anyting
