I weigh 175lbs and im 5'3, i have no idea how 2 lose weight and all of my friends are smaller i just dont no what 2 do. I do a 5 minute run 3 times a week then do track and feild, i walk to andfrom school and thats a 15min walk, i have soccer 2 times a week, soon 3. But i cant lose any weight!!!Please help me

has anyone ripped there clothes in school I just did it really sucked my shirt ripped off. Probably because i am 450 lbs. if your clothes had ripped please tell me your story.

okay i work out,eat healthy nothing works and i'm gettin sick and tired of it....i want to be skinny!!! please help me please!!!!!! i will do anything just pelase..you can give me like a really strict diet plan that might help with exersizing included or whatever you think will help me i am 4'11 and wanna be skinny..the thing is if your short you can see it really well but when your tell you can't see it thats why you can see it all on me and i hate this!!! please help me! thx so much~xoxo~

Hey you guys, i finally have the will power to lose my weight, not lose and gain it back. Hey every 1,I just found out about the website today and i hope it really helps i really want to lose weight iam 225 and i have been working out for 3months and lost 15lbs but i havent noticed anything in how my clothing fits does anyone have any suggestions to what i should do??

hey ppl, i just wanted to say that u guys r doing great on ur weight loss goals! just put ur mind to it and u can achieve anything! anyways, i just wanted to say jump ropping is great exercise! i've been it for only 4 days (im doing it for exercise b/c i'm only 110 lbs.) and i've grow actually! i grew 3/16 of an inch which isn't a lot but it is a lot for jump ropping for just 4 days! and i've been doing 1,000 jumps everyday and it really gives u a great workout! u guys should try it! And i'm not fooling u about the growing part either (unless ur done growing), before i started jump ropping i was 62 inches and now i'm 62 and 3/16! and yea! please reply! i need to hear what every1 thinks about this! thankx so much!

Hey everyone! Well I havent been here for a while because Ive been very depressed and gained some weight. I feel a little better now but i weigh 220 now! I want to loose 20 pounds by the end of May. I started a low carb diet, however, I am a vegitarean so Im eating fish (not fried) and other seafood and vegies. Im going to be doing muscle toning and jogging which will hopefully help! There's such cute clothes in the stores and when I went shopping I found myself needing to buy a size 16! That is discusting! For now I just want to get into a 13/14 again but in the long run I want to be a size 7/8 Im 5'6" so I think that would be good :). LoL its only the second day of my diet and Im gonna write in once a week because if I write everyday it seems slower!

Hey Guys... mmmk i weigh 167 n im 5'4..my bmi says tht my healthy weight range is 90-133..so i wanna get doen at least in the 30s..Do you think that i can do it?.... i really need to.. i pay softball and i need better speed and i think loosing weight would help me.. if i was on a good diet and exersise program HOW LONG DO YOU THINK IT WOULD TAKE FOR ME TO GET FROM 167 TO 133?...thanx a bunch!

ok well im really overweight and i dont think i eat that much cause im usally not hungry but i do have a question, you no those like those pill things that have all the importent stuff that should be in your meal. Do you think its ok if I have those instead of meals?

I'm going to start to try and lose weight again.. I am really determined after reading the success storie :) I just have a few problems.. My dad is European so if you know Europeans they like to eat a lot, but my dad is all muscle so he never gains a pound! The thing is that he will always be like "Eat,Eat" and I will tell him I'm okay and he will put the food in front of me. Another problem for me is that my dad makes homemade soup.. it has a bunch of vegetables, meat, canola oil, water, etc. in it but whenever I eat it I don't know how many calories I'm consuming. So does anybody know how I could figure it out?? Those are basically my two main problems, hope someone can help me out. Thanks in advance :)

I have a question that I have asked before but I will ask again. When you lose weight, do ur breasts get smaller? because I tried on a T shirt that was UK size 12, and it would have fit but I'm bigger on top. I'm 140lbs and 5.2 in height.
