I am 5'5 and i weigh 130-----I really want to lose 5 pounds by May 13(my bday) is there any way that i can do this? Is it highly possible? I dont eat that much to begin with and for the past week iv been exersizing for 45 min. a day. Yesterday I had 2 pieces of whole wheat bread for breakfast----two handfulls of pistachios---A LOT OF WATER---2 (Small oatmeal cookies)----and then i had a big grilled chicken salad(But it had gorgonzola cheese in it) and i gained weight--i think the reason for this is because i ate late---can anyone think of any improvements to this diet? So far today all iv eaten is a whole wheat bagel and a lot of water---and for dinner im going to have wonton soup---and shrimp(without the sauce)---does anyone have advice for a better diet? maybe its because i ate so late at night???Help!!

So anyway...I messed up again today so I will definately have to start again tomorrow and this time for real b/c I have actually made up my mind and stuff. Here's my plan-B=2 pieces wheat toastL=Some veggies from the school and some fruit tooS=maybe some fat free yogurtDinner=Dunno-we are having McDonalds...i am thinking i will get a grilled chicken sandwhich w/o mayo and stuff and just eat the chicken and have a side salad with fat free dressing...After that i am not going to eat anything which might be hard b/c my mom is having a party. I am going to exercise a bunch too. Wish me luck b/c i am going to need it!! :)

hey here is ma problem, i dont eat breakfast and i only eat like one peice of hard rye bread. ad then when i get hom liek i eat two peices of bread and like today i had that then two waffles, and then dinner! how can i stop myself from eating so much snack!? Thats is wat makes em the way i am, if i didnt eat so much i wouldnt need or to loose weight, or think i do ya know? please help me! xxx

I just want to say this to everyone...NOT EATING DOES NOT BURN FAT! IT EATS AWAY AT YOUR MUSCLES, STORING FAT. WHEN YOU START EATING AGAIN-YOU WILL GAIN IT ALL BACK-IF NOT MORE B/C YOUR BODY IS TRYING TO PREPARE FOR ANOTHER DISASTER. SURE YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT BUT IT WON'T STAY OFF AT ALL! ok, so what is water weight i dont understand. surely if u loose enough weight, over time it will start 2 b fat. water weight is beta than no weight.....but i duno wot it is!lol! ne answers would b great, cheers!!xxx

So I lost 4lbs and I weighed myself in the afternoon and I'm back to 140lbs.. but maybe if I weighed myself in the morning then I would be less... anyways I'm back on my diet tommorow my mini goal is 135 then 130 then 125 then 120 .. and I hope to accomplish this by July 1st :) I really think I can do it :) and if anyones lost at least 10lbs how did you do it?? :) thx

Today I just bought Sugar Busters! I read about it, and people have lost weight on it! I've tried Slimfast, Atkins and general low-calorie diets. I lost on them, but I'm looking for a new plan.
